Lately, I’ve been caring more about looks.
Wanting to build a body I can strut around, feeling totally confident.

Oh I go back and forth on that too. One month, I’m trying to improve my bench, next month I’m considering hitting the other tricep head for symmetry.
I don’t know…
I ask myself: would I be happier feeling good in a little tank top and shorty shorts, or knowing I can OH press 100+
uh, both.
Thought I’d share; I mixed some ranch powder with greek yogurt, and BAM! dressing…
Ok, probably not the first one to think of doing that, but I was impressed.
I’ve got severe DOMs going on still in my poor adductors…been walkin funny, lol.
I love when AF pops up without my knowing. No cramps or bloating or mood swings beforehand. The no bloating makes me happiest of all. I wake up in the morning like “Oh! AF I didn’t know you were coming!” bashful
yep, need to get a tire for GPP, and have my 13 y/o daughter flip w/me…that video was adorable… 2 strong chicks in the backyard !!
Summer is coming. Tank tops and shorty shorts FTW!!!

Today was one of those days where I was hungry, but busy running around so not taking the time to eat.
The trick is to not stuff my face the moment I stop moving.
6-8am- coffeeeeee
930am- handful of sunflower seeds( horrible car habit, but I chose seeds over smoking…) even when I smoked I never smoked with the kids in the car.
11am- more seeds-
12pm- 1/2 cup greek yogurt w/ranch powder… <3
8 oz cucumber
14 almonds
330pm- 1 cup cottage cheese
2 rice cakes
6pm- 10 oz thin sliced pork chop
2 cups green beans
8pm- moar proteinz
Diet’s looking good, the physical results from the diet are looking better <3
