alright, i read about 3 or 4 of the ridiculous posts on this page and I have to interject because the level of the absurdity here is outrageous.

Oh fuck, now I got the gay police on my ass huh? How does having a shirtless pic of MYSELF on MY account of a website centered around bodybuilding and lifting make me a fag? I’m not wearing a shirt because I hate wearing shirts and never do unless it’s absolutely required, and the reason the pic is black and white is cause I normally click that setting on pics that include my face in an attempt to downscale my bad case of acne.

I wouldn’t worry about Jacked Diesel - it’s not as if anyone gives a shit about what he has to say, and his hyper-masculine online persona does more to bring his sexuality into question than an avatar of someone who’s accomplished much more in the gym than he has.

Has anyone seen young teenage shots of now successful bodybuilders or even some pro athletes? Like it or not some people blow up from the right stimulus and you just have to accept it. Anyone who looks at the pictures and says “dudez on da roids” needs a reality check on what happens in this when you get a special person who has a genetic gift for a sport happens to choose it and pursue it. Think child music prodigies, the kind that can hear music once and play it on a guitar/piano. Did they work harder than the next kid or take some sort of chemical to get that and be better musicians than 98% of their peers? Jealousy runs rampant in this sport and it’s sickening. We all get a genetic blueprint we are born with, do your best with what you’ve got and make sure(are you really sure?) that you are doing everything in your power to maximize that plan before you come and critisize a kid who happens to have a gift. It’s embarassing to read some of these responses where people speak with such certainety on a subject when they are speaking with their internet dicks and not their brains. Come on people.

Back to what at one point was the topic…

The only thing that I could comment on is you could use more lat width. If you have get good conditioning you’d be a serious threat at teen/college level competitions right now.

he only gained 67 pounds of lean muscle in two years and no fat. anyone can do that, just lift and eat and boom youll gain 67 pounds of straight muscle in two years. He gained on average almost 3 pounds of muscle a month and around 34 pounds of muscle a year haha. lets be serious here people

Listen man, who cares what anyone says anyway it is your body… Personally I think you should shorten your workouts up. 2 hours is way too much. After about 30-45 minutes or so your anabolic levels will start decreasing and your cortisol levels will be increasing. Cortisol is a hormone that eats away muscle tissue.

Keep up the hard work though! IMPRESSIVE.

What does a general training day look like for you as far as each muscle group goes?

I gained strength over time, as my muscles become more developed, my strength has gone up… I never use any boards or bands or other powertraining tools, I just have done the lifts themselves. Here’s the basic training structure I follow…

Mon- Chest
Tues- Bi’s and Tri’s
Wed- Off
Thurs- Back
Fri- Shoulders and traps
Sat- Legs
Sun- Off

My workouts are around 3 hours long and I do about 8 excersises of around 5-6 sets each. I usually shoot for around 8 reps sets except for core excercises (bench, squat, deadlift) which I go heavier with lower reps.

I wish I had 3 hours to train…then again I probably don’t, you must have good conditioning to work out that long with so few reps.
