not that I care or it matters, still an extremely impressive physique that I am indeed jealous of, buuuttt …
Not natural.
There’s no way you can be sure this guy is not natural, so why post it. It just reflects your own insecurities.
I have nothing against taking steroids, I just don’t believe he is clean. I’m just too skeptical and not going to follow his word like a little sheep to it’s herder. I agree with you completely BUT there is no way to say that he INSN’T taking steroids either. Not even a test will show 100% proof either way.
Hey we dont need tests. Apparently people like you can tell who takes steroids and who doesnt solely based on photos and training history.
Thanks man!
I gained strength over time, as my muscles become more developed, my strength has gone up… I never use any boards or bands or other powertraining tools, I just have done the lifts themselves. Here’s the basic training structure I follow…
Mon- Chest
Tues- Bi’s and Tri’s
Wed- Off
Thurs- Back
Fri- Shoulders and traps
Sat- Legs
Sun- Off
My workouts are around 3 hours long and I do about 8 excersises of around 5-6 sets each. I usually shoot for around 8 reps sets except for core excercises (bench, squat, deadlift) which I go heavier with lower reps.

Thanks for the info. Wow! That is a pretty long workout.
Have you always trained for 3 hours per workout or did you simply find this to work best for you?
Also, how often do you typically move up in weight for your main exercises?
I am always interested in the different ways people progress.
i’d only say try doing more shoulder work, seems like every thing but your traps are growing like a mofo. maybe try to (i always do) at least do 1 day devoted to olympic lift trap-targeted exercises each lifting cycle.
yeah dude, great physique… its only natural (no pun intended!) that people will challenge if you have done some gear, coz your freaky looking for 2 years and clean, simple.
what’s your leg measurements? i’d like to compare them to mine as im the same size as you…

Listen man, who cares what anyone says anyway it is your body… Personally I think you should shorten your workouts up. 2 hours is way too much. After about 30-45 minutes or so your anabolic levels will start decreasing and your cortisol levels will be increasing. Cortisol is a hormone that eats away muscle tissue.
That’s the theory anyway…
I’m doing three hour workouts from here on! LOL
OP: Great physique. What you are doing seems to work great, so keep it up!
You look great. I’m jealous that I have to diet hard to look like that. I want to be 19 again. No, I want to be you and 19 again. All jokes aside, you have great genes and I truly hope that you stay natural. It’s something to be proud of, especially if you are still able to grow without the shortcuts.
wow i leave this thread for one minute… anyhoo, OP i would really consider lowering my workout time to 1 hour or so if i were you. I believe that doing so would dramatically increase your results…on the other hand, whatever you are currently doing seems to be working for you, but u should definitely take it into consideration.
and quite frankly i would indeed be insulted if you didnt compete at your current state lol…maybe after bringing up your traps but its up to you of course
Thanks again to all you for the encouragement and suggestions. I noticed a few people talking about my traps lacking in size. They used to be overly large and made my delts look smaller, so I hadn’t been training them very hard as of late… but I guess it’s time to start tearin em up again.

You’ve got an impressive physique man.
What does your shoulder routine look like?
Changes all the time, but I center it around pressing movements (dumbell, barbell, machine, arnolds…)and often superset my presses with raises (side and front).
Can you post a pic with you holding up your screen name for proof. I see a profile with the same pic’s with an additional pic not seen here at bodybuilding.com. You claim to be 19, the other person claims to be 22. To prove the fake one can you prove it? rippedashell's BodySpace - Bodybuilding.com

Yes, I just saw that… I’m kinda mad about it. Here’s the best proof I can give you right now… go on facebook and search for the bodybuilding group “Flex.” My name is Aaron Clark and I have those pics on posted on there… I guess this clown just decided to steal em.
I just warned him to take them down… if he doesn’t, I’m gonna write the folks at bodybuilding.com. The funny thing is, I’m gonna be “teen of the week” in a few weeks, so bodybuilding.com already knows my name is Aaron Clark.
