for critique abs look a little weird in that pic, maybe a better shot? Maybe just bad genetics for your ab symmetry I guess.
No, you’re right. My abs kinda have a weird shape… I guess it’s just genetics cause they’ve always been like that.

Austin_bicep, your right, It’s my fault that bodybuilding is not a mainstream sport. It has nothing to do with the fact that it makes for a horrible spectator sport (which is how sports make money), but your right, superthrustjon on T-Nation forums is to blame. lol. No where did i take away credit from the physique he built. It’s great, I wish I looked like him, i just think something else is behind it besides mom and pops good genes.
I can’t believe you guys can see that before and after picture with only 2 years in between and believe it’s all natural.
I gained 70lbs in 11 monthes, from 126 to 195 at 5’7…and I’m 100% natural, however I don’t look half as good as this kid, and he has and a year and a half on me. This guy is deff. worked his ass in the gym, and obv. you haven’t.

You look amazing and especially at your age. What a way to enter adulthood!
I havent had a chance to read everyone’s response, but if I had to critique one thing it would be the back of your shoulders…look like they could be a tiny bit bigger just for symmetry.
Keep up the hard work and hopefully we’ll see you at the Olympia one day!!

I agree, but got damn I hope to like something like that after my cut, so you’re an ecto I’m guessing?

Well here’s a pic of me right before I started lifting. I was 17 and I was about 110 lbs. and was pretty weak.
…and I don’t know what my measurements are, I never get around to doing that kind of stuff… and I don’t think I own a tape measure.
Man, I cant get over your transformation!!! Awesome, marvelous, wicked, sick, outstanding, all those other words to say “YOU FREAK’N RAWK!!!”

not that I care or it matters, still an extremely impressive physique that I am indeed jealous of, buuuttt …
Not natural.
There’s no way you can be sure this guy is not natural, so why post it. It just reflects your own insecurities.
I have nothing against taking steroids, I just don’t believe he is clean. I’m just too skeptical and not going to follow his word like a little sheep to it’s herder. I agree with you completely BUT there is no way to say that he INSN’T taking steroids either. Not even a test will show 100% proof either way.
It could never be a sport, regardless of his opinion. It doesn’t meet the requirements of the definition of a sport, only a competition. Moron.
Ok mother fucker take you insecurities and go somewhere else. I guess Arnold is also a moron for regarding weight lifting as a sport. If it wasn’t for him you probably wouldn’t be lifting right now anyways.

He already said he took steroids. The fact is that nobody gives a shit. Get a life.

Bodybuilding is not a sport - it’s a male beauty pageant. No matter how hardcore you think you are in the gym and kitchen, when you step out on stage, that is what it boils down to.
Not that there is anything wrong with that, necessarily, but some of you need to get a clue.

Bodybuilding isn’t a sport. It is a male beauty pageant. Very few things in this world could be more obvious.
