None of you jackasses are “Natural”!!!
Do you ingest processed and manufactured Protein powder?
Do you ingest Creatine Mono?? Processesed and Mfg??
Do you ingest Trib? Is Trib Natural? Anything that increases your LH outside of FOOD…is un-natural.
ALL YOU are not NATURAL.
There. Everyones on someting so shutup!!!
Shut the fuck up, Fuck this is stupid as hell. This is so brain numbingly stupid that it makes the old ScoobyDoo shows look like National Geographic.
I would rather shoot my self in the temple with a shotgun shell filled with rock salt than ever read this bullshit ever again.
Wow…sarcasm escapes you young jedi.
Oh… sorry about that…
I just have to deal with the “whey and creatine are steroids” all the time at school. I guess I just took out 3 years of “YOU MUST BE ON CREATINE??? ???” on you there.
Doah…that’s right. creatine is roids according to schools. Vitamins too.
Yup I believe the creatine, good diet, determination, and the protein shakes did it. I mean seriously when people say I’m on steroids, I just laugh on the inside thinking about all the hard work I had done to get here and they are quick to take the easy steroid arguement.
I face this shit everyday in weightlifting class. Everyday I hear the word steroids at least once. Then one day on a school field trip they teased me about drinking orange juice instead of being “normal” and drinking soda since it was the evening time.
Fuckin ORANGE JUICE! lol What’s there to tease about? You’re basically teasing me for being healthy? lol Lets see who gets the last laugh when they get old and cracks their back after every 2 steps and they’d wish they made healthier choices. lol At this thread getting me all worked up. But still, I just love the feeling of threatening people without even saying a word, just being muscular says a lot.

i hear you, and i agree
EDIT: I can’t even pick up a pencil w/o being accused of flexing in class. I do enjoy flexing though;)
keep in mind guys he was 16 when he started lifting and he is only 19 now. point being you can obviously see he was still growning and his physic was still maturing.
he just started lifting hard at the perfect age for him. between the hard work and his natural growing process created the physic he has today. and as you can tell the hard work paid off. great job.
i give it a 9
Wow lol. I apologize for starting this mess, but not really, because its given me something to check in on and read instead of just waiting for new articles. And it’s brought out some funny stuff, like creatine is a steroid now I guess lol.
Anyways, no hard feelings, great body, juice or no juice keep plugging away.
O, and just to shed some light on my reasoning. It was largely based on the leg photo. Extremely dense and separated quad development for only 2 years, especially considering diet restrictions being in high school (dont know many high schoolers who eat anywhere near correctly, or buy cook and prepare their own food) as well as the fact most trainees don’t even consider leg training besides the occasional leg extension or leg press, it usually starts off as a year or 2 of bicep curls and benching before they figure out they need more.
This is where all you high schoolers tell me how good your diet is. YES I KNOW SOME DO, but not many at all.

Lots of turkey wraps, nutrition bars, and protein shakes… I’m poor and I’m at college, so it’s hard to follow a diet. I pretty much just shoot for high protein and carbs and don’t eat any sweets or desserts.
That it? Mind if I ask u to go into more detail? Only because I’m in college too and envious of your build. Do you have a meal plan with a buffet or something you can stuff yourself at? Or do you just raid all the sororities and steal their food?
Also props not just for the build but also for the dedication to put in 2 hours, 5 days a week on lift’n. Thats a good 10 hours everyone else is playing Xbox
Yeah sure dude…
I’t buffet-style… but the food is SHIT, I hate it! The only remotely good thing I can eat normaly is a gaint turkey wrap sandwich with glasses of skim milk, but I’m getting SO damn sick of them… I can’t wait to go home for Christmas break and eat some REAL FOOD!

Well no wonder, your avatar pic of yourself is insane! Look at that build. Hell, if I didn’t know you were a college kid I would think you were an IFBB Pro and could match up against Flex Wheeler, Dorian Yates, and Shawn Ray and give them a run for their money. Sheez, are you sure you aren’t juicing?
You look amazing and especially at your age. What a way to enter adulthood!
I havent had a chance to read everyone’s response, but if I had to critique one thing it would be the back of your shoulders…look like they could be a tiny bit bigger just for symmetry.
Keep up the hard work and hopefully we’ll see you at the Olympia one day!!

I know what you’re say’n. College meal plans aren’t exactly made for bodybuilding. (i.e. make something quazi-healthy and fry the shit out of it for the next few days) My advice would be (not that you need it), find an apartment and room with a few people that have some semblance of caring about their health. Then all pitch in at the grocery store and you can by a shit load a food for cheap. Eggs, peanut butter, ground meat, etc for a fraction of the price ur paying for the meal plan. If you look this good now, it’d be sick to think what you’d look like with a proper diet.
Anyways, keep up the good work, you’re an inspiration

Why don’t you go to the nutrition or get a life section and post a question?
Very impressive. You have obviously worked your a** off over the past 2 years. You have every right to be proud of what you have accomplished. I hope you continue on this path, as you seem to have great potential.
Anyways, great work so far. I think you have a great career in bodybuilding ahead of you if your recent progression is any indication. You have a gift, don’t let it go to waste!
