I think you should work on your quad’s sweep. The seperation in your legs is pretty nuts, but they would look better if they stuck out an inch or two more.

great job competing, your legs look insanely good in the avatar pic
2 questions for you:
in the offseason, how many grams of protein do you take in per day?
also whats your offseason PWO protocol like?
thanks dude, keep working hard, great work
Thanks bro!

About 400 grams… depends on the day.

postworkout? If I can afford protein powder I’ll take 2 scoops of whey afterwards and drink gatorade near the end of my workout.

Hey pwrboy or whatever,
What are your numbers on the 3 big lifts?
thanks
I don’t know… and it doesn’t matter, I’m a bodybuilder. i do lift heavy, but not one rep maxes for me.

Yeah I hear you bro…
I got a whole offseason to work on it, so we’ll see what I can do.
Dude, you’re in phenomenal shape, and who cars how you got there. From a bodybuilding perspective your quads and arms dominate your physique, but that’s a good problem to have. I’d add thickness to the chest, and like others have said work on the quad sweep. You definitely take this seriously, and if you keep this up you can go far. You kinda look like Paul Demayo.

keep eating and lifting. i can tell from your picture youre just starting out. you probaly cant even make use of 400g’s of Pro right now anyway. just keep goin at it, this shit takes time dude.
That’s ridiculous, not getting 1st cause of the color of your skin. On the bright side you look awesome. Good work and hope to hear more good things from ya.
I think that the routine used is based on a tendency of lifters who enjoy the iron curtain but definetely the steroids make a grea difference for stretch marks as
tbt can really cause health issues. The OP is no longer the person at the road neon signals.

just want to clarify for people. if you take any supplement at all, that makes you unnatural. you are putting chemicals into your body, period. Even if they are not steroids, you are still receiving assistance.
Oddly enough, I have not taken any type of supplement since may and my body has never looked better along with the fact that my lifts are going up with no plateau.
so your saying that by drinking a protein shake I’m unnatural then if thats the case I guess I can’t drink a glass of milk, eat a chicken breast, or eat anything for that matter because all foods are simply chemicals.
digestion is simply the use off chemical energy that we receive from food. obviously somebody failed grade 10 bio/chem class. anything you eat or drink are chemicals.
In some international wrestling competitions water is prohibited between rounds because that makes it easier for you to wrestle and therefore is a performance enhancing substance. so there is no way you can generalize all sups as unnatural.
do you even know what the definition of “chemical” is ? food contains molecules which have chemical STRUCTURES, amino acids and proteins have chemical STRUCTURES
you don’t want to put any “chemicals” in your body, congratulations you will die then because food and water both contain molecules
it’s like someone comparing “natural vitamin C” and “synthetic vitamin C”…THEY HAVE THE SAME STRUCTURE !
Excellent leg development caught my eye.
Fuck me mate, you look awesome. Separation in the quads looks insane.
Great physique! I believe I saw your Teen of the Week post on bodybuilding.com It’s not everday you see a 19 YO with as much definition as yourself. Dont ever give up, especially with your genetics and level of gains you’ve made. Definently don’t let the haters get to your head either! Best of luck to ya.
fuck you. seriously, you’re making me ashamed at where I’m at at 19. AND you went from tiny to huge, where I went from fatty to where I’m at. if you’re natural, which you say you are, I have two things to ask of you and two things to tell you to never take for granted:
do you follow any T-Nation programs? or do you “wing it” and just go based on personal knowledge?
you said you eat turkey wraps and such, going for protein and carbs, but don’t have a diet. did you ever do the math and see how much protein you’re getting? and calories and fat? because you’re toned as shit, in addition to huge.
your short limbs (I’m 6’0", and I hate the distance presses and squats require)
your genetics. I’m from a long line of fatties, and I HATE it. where my cousin’s dad was a star RB in HS and college, and he (my cousin) can take shitty wal-mart protein and animal pack (that’s all he takes) and he’s almost as strong as you, but not nearly as toned.
oh and two more questions:
