Holy shit, man.
Nice fucking work.
Fucking excellent. You’re welcome to post in T-Cell Alpha whenever you like. And please do. How’s your training look like?

Thanks bro!!
My training has really been mostly the same as it always has. I nomally follow a five day per week routine that goes
Monday-chest
Tuesday-bi’s and tri’s
Wednesday-off
Thursday-back
Friday-delts/traps
Saturday-Legs
Sunday-off
I also, in an attempt to bring them up, have been working calves at the start of every workout.
i kept training heavy right up till I started dropping the water precontest. The only thing I really changed to get ready for Teen Nationals was my diet.
Excellent work. I’m 8 weeks out right now. The diet, atleast for me, is totally fuckin with me. People really have no idea the dedication and focus it takes, especially during the fuckin summer. Madd props.
So, whats next bro?
Congrats lookin good…not winning based off the tan is ridiculous.
How long did you diet for the contest, and what did your diet look like leading up to it?
I actually didn’t have to go on to rediculas of a diet at all. The reason is because I stay so lean in the offseason, that I’m always just a few weeks away from contest shape. I really just lowered the carbs and upped the protein… nothing to complicated.
The main issue for me was dropping water weight. For some reason, I seem to carry alot more water than fat… so during the last week when I completely got rid of all sodium in my diet and started slowly cutting back on my fluid intake is where I really saw a big difference in my conditioning.

I’m taking this week off to give the body a break, then it’s back to the grind. I plan on making BIG improvements this offseason and competeing in Jr. Nationals next year.

sweet, I was hoping the deuchebags didn’t chase you off T-Nation. Some guys get a little too jealous when they see some muscle. But I’m sure you know all about that already by the looks of you.

Correct: I am jealous.
Incorrect: I did not see “some muscle”
That crazy son of a bitch has more muscle in his left leg than I have in my body! And I weigh as much as him?
Life is just not fair!!!
But seriously OP, you are the most impressive on T-Nation as far as I’m concerned.
This is fucking inspiring.
Congrats man, a lot of people are tagging you and your results as “giftedness” but no doubt this is an example of hard work and plenty of it. Keep going.
Any random advice for skinny bastards and “teen” bodybuilders in general?

It seems like we are on the same path. After my show in Sept, I plan on making BIG improvements, and aiming for Jr. Nationals next year. Any new plans of attack or guidance? Or are you heading down you own path of LIFT, EAT, SLEEP?

THanks alot bro! And yes, it’s ALOT of work, but I am thankful that I have been given genetics that alow me to reap results from all of it… it’s really a combo of the two.
Advise for skinny teens? DON’T GIVE THE HELL UP!! I have to many friends that say stuff to me like, “oh, I just can’t gain the weight.” Ect. ect…
But really, it’s the way you live… every thing will catch up with you. When I spend a day with those friends it’s like “no shit you can’t gain!” They’re not dedicated to diet, skip meals, don’t give training top priority, and go out drinking. If you really want to look different/be different from everyone else, then you have to live differently as well.
Let me tell you, I spent many workouts getting trapped under 95 lb. bench presses man… many of my friends who don’t workout can walk in the gym and bench almost twice that. The difference between them and me was dedication and determination. So my advice is NEVER give up, you’ll never know how far you can go till you stretch past your limitations. 2-3 years ago I would have choked if someone showed me the photos I just posted, but hell, now I can look at them and be like, “that’s me!”
So keep tearin it up, that’s all I have to say.
Solid look pbb. Keep up the hard work…
nice man, glad what Prisoner said to you about your physique plus competing didnt get you down, sucks about the tan but oh well
I gave you an 8 before i saw your most recent pics. i wish i could go back to change it to a 10. do you ever sit back feeling good knowing that youve accomplished more in a few years than most people do in their entire lifting careers?
Great work man. I saw your original post and pictures the first time but didn’t rate you back then. I am glad I didn’t, major improvements in your conditioning. Your avatar picture is awesome!
great job competing, your legs look insanely good in the avatar pic
2 questions for you:
in the offseason, how many grams of protein do you take in per day?
also whats your offseason PWO protocol like?
thanks dude, keep working hard, great work
man, your pictures don’t make any sense…
Hey pwrboy or whatever,
What are your numbers on the 3 big lifts?
thanks
