If you enter the website from that dude, you’ll find out that he believes you can only gain 5 lbs of muscle per year without drug assist and that all you need to workout is a pair of adjustable dumbells and a chair.

Scoobie…what a happy go lucky M F er ! He cracks me up.

Yesterday morning, I grabbed a 45 plate and went to the stairs at the gym. Did 10 Calf raises on

each of the 12 stairs…with about 2-3 steps in between each stair. Rested, repeated, rested, repeated.

After 360 raises, I have no idea why, my calves are good and sore this morning. I can NOT get em to move at all without doing 300-400 calf raises on a stair holding at least 45 lbs.

Oh well, at least I have found something that works.

Found out some more about Goblet Squats, from that article on here a few weeks ago. Every time I do 4 sets of em, progressing heavier each set, I get the most gassed I EVER get in the gym lifting. So I had two other clients do them while I was training them, and they too turned red and could not catch their breath.

It may be Squats in general, but I do know that Goblet Squats gas you out to the max. Probably due me taking my butt all the way down to 6 " from the floor… But LOVE em !!!

That’s all fine and dandy, but are you getting bigger?

I can get very sore from a workout with a sledge hammer. Most people hit a tire or something but I’ve found that hitting myself leads to way more soreness.

I used not to, but I added some exercises for toning.

LMAO X2

All the trends come & go.
When the trend of those HIT squat-deadlift-pushing Prowler bros pass, its back to what works.Beching and curling is all you need to build great body.
