I’m at 10% BF
I’m on a calorie surplus of 200 a day. (And I’m gaining weight)
I get at least 2.5grams per kg of protein everyday.
I train 3 times a week (weightlifting) + 1h walking/running a week.
Homeostasis. Thats your body’s biological functions working to create a stable environment.
Its also one of the hardest obstacles to growing more muscle. You have to really stimulate and feed them greater than your body wants them to remain static (unchanged).
If you’re gaining weight and training, how have you determined your muscles aren’t growing?
I also find it hard to believe anyone is dialed in enough to hold a 200 calorie surplus over days that alternate between lifting and running, but that degree of certainty really doesn’t matter.
