Nice set-up you got though. I have the simple Squat rack, Bench, and bar in my garage. There’s something about a gritty home gym that reminds me of Matt Kroc that makes me feel a bit more hardcore. lol

This will be my first post on T-Nation, and judging by the comments Ive read so far on this thread, I think I will enjoy this site. I want to say thanks for all the positive comments everyone has had about my training partner pure_country. Especially all the condolences you all have given him with his recent losses. He is one of the hardest working guys I know, and I’m very fortunate to have him as a training partner and friend.
At the insistence of pure_country, ill be posting my training logs on here too. This is a day late, but here are my sets from our most recent training session.
Body weight 175
Olympic ATG squats
bar x 5
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
245 x 5
275 x 5
135 x 20 - no wraps, or belts, hamstrings to calves depth and walked out
Also did a lot of pull throughs with band resistance (Not for sure on exact resistance)

my strength is so EMBARASSING right now!!! I’m looking to hit 405 Olympic atg walked out no belt no wraps, 500 DL and mid 3’s bench all raw no equiptment (will use straps bc I don’t want to rip a bicep) but its sad those are my goals considering I’ve pulled a very fast 500x5 raw, 500x7 raw squat with wraps and belt

I’m sure we can find some middle ground.
Biggest goals right now are 405 atg raw no wraps or belt and 500 DL
Your home gym looks sick. I always wanted to lift somewhere like that.
