Good day. I remained injury free which is always a great day haha. PC destroyed all of us lol. Another very notable squat that I have to mention in case he does put up his log is Owens 400x1 ssb box squat. I was amazed at this lol. Owens is gonna catch my ass! haha. Everyone had a good though. We all pushed ourselves and tried to do what we needed to do. In case you missed PC’s post about shirts, if anyone is interested in a Suicide Iron shirt, we are going to get some made very soon. Come on…you know you want one…or ten.

These weren’t timed or anything just practicing form and loading the stone over something. I’ll worry more about time as the meet gets closer.
Played with the grippers for a secong. #1, #2, #2.5 closed within 45 seconds or so. #3 about 1/4-1/2" twice. This thing is frustrating haha.
Pretty easy events day. Everyone did well! Can’t wait for the competition in Feb.
We went yesterday and picked up some more toys. 2 more tires, 5 more stones, and two fixed weight dbs. Things are looking up for us.

Log, worked up to 210, then jumped to 250 and missed
stones over 50" bar, 240 for 3-4 loads
That was it and I was spent! Actually tweaked my hamstring doing speed squats on friday so still babying it, we got 5 more stones, from 185-365, got 2 homemade fixed circus DB, one is 150 the other is 200, and we now have 3 tires keep hustlin
