Very good day for everyone! Everyone got a PR. Godfathers technique is coming around. Log looked very easy for him today! Idk whether to count the 260 or not…that was ugly lol. Felt very beat up even though we only did speed pulls on Friday. Idk if my recovery is good enough to do speed pulls one day and events the next. I love this gym and this group of people tremendously. I never want to move to where I can’t train like I am now!

Had a good day. I’ve never pulled over 405 sumo before. My form is hideous but, I gave it hell. My lower back is killed. 3 taxing lower days in a 4 day period has done me end (well, speed pulls, strongman events, and max effort lower). Anyhow, very happy that I got a couple PRs. Everyone did well tonight. PC killed it w/ a nasty ass sumo pull. We are training smarter than we had been and learning when to shut things downs and when to make smaller jumps and trying to leave a little in the tank when we can. It’s been a depressing day. Not much good about it really. Keep killing it, T-Nation brethren.

I’m happy with this. All the band work was a PR bc I’ve never benched against both of those bands. Even happier with the rep set…same reps I got with 315 last week. Everyone is killing it. I tweaked my back a bit again but, it isn’t going to keep me down! I love training here

decent day, squatted to our bench bc we dont have a box yet, its around 16-17" depending on if the pad sinks or not and im sure it does, i felt pretty fast today a little shaky at the bottom but oh well itll come back, appetite still sucks ass and weight is down still, last dose of dbol taken today, love all my team mates, happy bday to mosley!!! his bday is tomorrow! That was it today, GREAT GREAT GREAT day in the gym!!! We had a big crew here of good lifters and old friends, the energy was exciting and it was great!!! Really wish those guys would come up and stick with us!
