Jordan has only been training a few MONTHS, understand i said MONTHS, his body is handling weight it shouldnt be for his size and experience, his upper back muscles havent developed enough to hold proper form on an all time PR, i would love to see you hit an all time PR and keep text book form, and for the record we are strongman oriented so we dont really give a fuck if we hitch or not, I post my training log in the BB forum because it started as a picture thread to update my progress FOR BODYBUILDING over the course of the journey its turned into what its turned into,

upper back and biceps training

did some monster mini band assisted pullups so i could really squeeze at top
did some bent over rows
shrugs with farmers handles
and some curls with the new 7ft fat EZ curl bar from elite that my mom got me for my bday! Thanks mom!!!

Good day of accessory training, hamstrings are sore so I definately know my hamstrings and glutes have to come up to get back to where my strength use to be, one day at a time!

im not a classy person, youve been here for a few months on T-Nation and you come in here bashing ppl, how fucking classy is that? Here’s the real question where are your videos? What are your you amazing lifts? what do you even look like? I have plenty of proof of my training, i trained at guerrilla squad barbell, look their videos up, youll see me there handling big weights,

2 of our members got invited to join westside barbell, one is still there and kicking major ass, jake anderson is his name, the other went on to do his own thing his name is brandon lilly, another one of our guys is one of the strongest raw lifters in the world named adam hires, ive been to westside i ate breakfast with louie and trained side by side with him, ive paid my dues and i demand respect, if youre going to knock my friend then i want to know your credentials and i want to see proof that you have paid your dues enough to talk shit to me or my team

How do you deem yourself classy when you come to a thread to be an ass for no reason? As far as PC being insecure, how do you come to this conclusion? He has posted pictures, comments, videos, and pretty much anything that is on his mind. If he is insecure, would he not be embarrassed to post these things?

Anyhow, as PC said, where are your videos, pictures, or credentials? As far as we know, you could be Chuck V ( which you’re not because I’ve met Chuck) or, what I’m assuming is the likely case, a small, self conscious, teenage boy. If not, then awesome, you should take the time you spend trolling threads to grown into a man and understand how to handle yourself better.

For me, watching the deadlift by Jordan did make me cringe a little bit.

I think it would have been less cringe-inducing if we saw the lifts before he got to the max pull. (Also, as a viewer, I notice Jordan is the smallest in the group and that get me thinking: man, he might be getting caught up in keeping up with his peers.

Anyway, not trying to engage you in a discussion on any of these points. Just wanted you to read the reaction. Peace bro.

The videos are really just for us to track our progress but, just figured there may be some amount of entertainment to it for those that come to this thread. We welcome any constructive criticism but, in a respectful manner unlike the keyboard warrior you see above lol. We all agree that his 385 pull wasn’t pretty but, you have to admire him hanging with it and finishing the pull. As PC stated, he is still pretty new to strength training but, his other pulls look nice. Sorry to make you cringe lol we just show the good and the not so pretty. In a months time, we will be able to come back to this video and see how things have improved. Again, we appreciate constructive criticism and most importantly, thank you for not acting like an idiot. PEACE!

It’s not just the remark really. It’s how degrading you seem to be. “That Jordan kid,” “that kid’s deadlift…” Jordan is a grown man. He deserves respect. He busts his ass everyday he’s in the gym. We are quite easy to get along with but, we do not appreciate disrespect to one of our own. I’m sure you wouldn’t appreciate the same treatment.

Thanks Moe! I appreciate the respect you just gave us, and I know the rest of the guys do as well! Judging by your pic, you go hard in the gym too! you look awesome man, keep up your hard work!

Now on to my response to this mess

Its crazy that all this fuss has started over a crappy looking DL of mine! Was it horrifying to watch? Yes! Was my form awful? Yes! But what does that matter to anyone? If you feel the need to comment, dont state the obvious by saying I looked awful, I know I did! Why not offer encouragement, or words of advice? I dont go bashing anyone, so why bash me?

Ive got a group of guys around me that have trained with, and competed against some of the best powerlifters in the world! So no one needs to “teach” me how to dead lift, I know how, and when I mess up, the guys are there to correct me! In fact, I got a lot of hell from the group after that deadlift, the first thing I heard from brando was “Damn, youre back was rounded all to hell!” He then proceeded to remind me of the proper technique! So we know what were doing, worry about yourself shore!

TO be honest, I did go a little heavier, or maybe a lot heavier than I should have on that day, but I wanted to give it a shot! It had nothing to do with keeping up with the other guys in the group, but was just a challenge to myself!

This thread is a training log, so we all post our stuff to keep up with our training, and to welcome CONSTRUCTIVE criticism from the generally nice, knowledgeable and respectful posters here at TNATION.
I feel I can speak for the group when I say that we have all had a positive experience here, and have had the opportunity to speak to some great people!

Heres my story, Ive been seriously training for strength since around april of this year, Ive come a long way since then, but have a long way to go. Im still a small, weak guy, but I will continue to work on it, and hopefully someday Ill be able to reach the goals Ive set for myself!

Also, I want to thank Mosley and PC for their comments about me! Were a tight group, and those guys are some of the best people I’ve ever met in my life!

I think people in general need to be careful in their dialogues to not use a tone and words that suggest a lack of respect. Especially on an internet forum because that’s where it’s so easy to get away with.

Looking forward to checking in and seeing the progress.

worked the circus DB first
missed with left hand quite a few times, finally got the 115 circus db with both hands in the same set
135 circus db with right hand
145 circus db with right hand

Log
went up to 225, been having knee problems got a sharp pain on the clean and dropped the log, tried it again and GOT IT!!! felt great i missed this the last time i tried 225 on log!!!

Farmers
170 per hand for 50ft
260 per hand for 50ft
260 per hand for around 30-40ft

stones
did some reps with 175 stone knee was really keeping me from lapping the thing, hopefully this knee thing gets better, oh well a great day in the gym, now just gotta work on hooking up my heater and getting the propane burning!
