Hey, I missed seeing some real bears when I was out near Banff last week. The trails near the resort were “closed” due to bear activity. Anyway, I suspect you may have something different than I have. The bottle I buy the typical Nature’s way white and green, at Nutrition House. This is supposed to be something like 350mg per capsule, which I take 2X per day. I think the clerk at the store said that they don’t stock much of this one. Keep away from the pink bottle–that stuff is 30-40 mg per capsule.
highwayjack, if you want real bears just go up to Algonquin Park. But anyway, I got the 750mg Natures way Vitex. It works and I any took 1 cap - I don’t know if a dose is 1 or 2 pills. So if I’m getting 345mg then that is working just fine. I’ll up it next dose and see what happens. I was solid after about 2 hours, you know where. I was painting my washroom and boom!!! But the clerk is someone who has been working there for years. She’s an old chinesse lady, has been there for as long as Square One has been open. She was very clear that 1 cap was 750mg. It’s working and cheap as hell I’m getting some Tribex tonight from Discount Nutrition in a few hours. Tommorow I stack 'em -Look out world!!

Yes, it has increased a ton! But no flavor change (sorry to be so crude). His drive is through the roof too

I’ve done a cycle of Solaray vitex (400 mg caps) in the past and am currently in the middle of another. I take one cap per day with breakfast. I can’t say that I’m seeing any real dramatic physique changes, but I’m not bulking so I don’t expect to. I’ve seen a slight increas in acne (read: 2 zits, up from none), which may or may not be a side effect. What I CAN tell you for sure is that I’m as horny as I’ve ever been in my LIFE. I’ve always had an above average sex drive, but this is getting absolutely ridiculous. It may have something to with the fact that this is my second cycle, but I’m not sure. This is WAY worse (or better, depending on how you look at it) than puberty. And one hell of a lot more fun.
andrewa - I live in Mississauga just outside Toronto and I’m at GOLD’s in Rockwood mall… No one will ever guess how I look like cuz there are tons of HUGE guys there. Considering I’m asian I’m pretty big. Don’t compare me to BLAZE - He’s a ASIAN-INCREDIBLE-HULK. I have normal/poor genetics that’s why I use supps.
Dannyboy - I'm trying to cut down. At my size 5'9 215lbs 18%BF I feel there is too much meat on my frame. It makes me look shorter than I really am. What bodyfat did you got through when you did the Fat Fast? I want to drop at least to 11-12%, idealy single digits.

I’m not sure how well it works for me yet. I bought it tonite(vitamin world stuff) Immediately got wood on the way home after 3 caps. But it went away quick. Coinsidence? How many days does it take to start working good?
Ironbabe- Actually, if you do a search you’ll find that Vitex is most commonly used by women. There are brands in foofy pink boxes with feminine product sounding names.
Well, it’s been around 3 weeks now since I started it up at 1 cap (400mg) 2X for the first 2 weeks, then I toned it down to 1. I definetly notice an insatiable sex drive. Also, my nuts kinda tingle, like they’re kicked into high production. No notice in strength, but I do feel an increase in agression.
I’m just coming off a fina cycle. I threw Vitex into the post-cycle mix along with ZMA and clomid. This was my first cycle, so I’m not sure what I’d experience without these supps, but so far I’ve noticed no decrease in strength and no post-cycle linguini-peeny (if anything I’m as horny as I’ve ever been, and I’m pushing 42). I’m sold on the product…

I have felt really warm/feverish since I have started my vitex. I don’t feel sick, but was wondering if anyone had similar experiences.

it’s very cheap … $10 in Canada (Natures Way 100x400mg) , likely around $6 in the States… 2 a day has to make this the cheapest supp out there.
