I am trying to avoid to do this step forward at the final stage on snatch.
Any tips?
The video is dark in the first half, so tough to say.
Three things I can think of that would keep the bar in front and drag you forward.
- Shoulder flexibility
- Are you finishing your pull tall / vertical?
- You should start the first pull on your toes, but finish your second pull on your heals (right before your transition into power shrug / third pull / pull under par). By hitting the right heāll pressure, you can pull th bar into your body, and keep its bar path from being too far forward.
