Basically I’ve been running this program two times this year, and into the 3rd time now.
Just wanted to post it so others might check it out. It is basically a watered down version
of the smolov base meso cycle.
Still tough enough, but more rest, and less intensity. It’s given me about 5-7.5kg gain
for every run through. Your milage may vary.
It is a volume program for the natural athlete. Good for both beginners, intermediates, and
advances trainees alike. It is a lot of volume, and squatting every second day. The rules
are set forth in the program.
The reason I modified the original cycle was that I had a knee injury, and needed to take care of it with more rest and less intensity.
For those considering bashing onto the smolov base meso cycle, this might give you a taste
about what it is about.

I got passsword protected and can’t be opened
It’s only the cells that are protected so you accidentally will not delete the content of other cells than the one were you put in your 1rm. However, I think the password was smolov or Smolov.
I do not know which program you use, but you can use Open Office to view the spreadsheet.
