Looks pretty intense. I am thinking about doing this for bench and dead lift, and would like to do them at the same time. Benching can be tough, but I know how demanding dead lifts are. Would it be doable to do these 2 programs at the same time if I was getting good rest and good nutrition?
(I am currently on a carb restricted diet which I know isn’t necessarily the best idea with a program like this, but I will load with carbs pre and post workout to make sure I don’t lose muscle mass).
Looking for decent advice.
I have not done a program with such a high volume each week, so I expect the gains would be good for the time frame.
Current bench is around 215.
Current DL is around 325.

Diet restricted in anything isn’t going to work well with a Smolov-based routine.
I would advise against doing Smolov for more than one exercise at the same time, but on the other hand your numbers are pretty low so you might still experience some beginner gains.
The only way to know for sure is to try, but plan to ditch either bench or DL some time into the program.

I wouldn’t do it for the deadlift. I know my body wouldn’t respond well to deadlifting 3x a week. Plus if you deadlift 3x a week, when are you squatting? IMO that kin dof routine is better for upper body pushes and pulls, and squats. YMMV.
I agree with the diet thing. Smolov is a bulking routine.
Alrite cool. Thanks for the advice.
