Finished! 10x3 220, Same story as last workout, for smolov not too bad. Conclusion: Double dosing Surge (2 servings in 6 cups liquid, 2 cups pre, 2 cups during, 2 cups post) works awesome, helped me recover and not feel burnt out at all from squating 4x a week.
