Smolov Experiment

Sounds pretty solid dude, i’ll be watching this closely. Double dosing really helps.

Set 1: 180 x 5

Workout went well. Hit all reps. Noticed I was leaning forward a bit in the sixth set, tried to correct it in the 7th. Body weight is up a few pounds. Once again, not limping sore. Decently sore, but not too bad. Excited to see how 190 10x3 goes tommorow, as well as next weeks workout.

Thinking of adding other lifts in next week during the day and doing smolov at night. That way I still have a few days of rest.

Good work, man. Keep going and put some “second row” meat on that frame. I bet you can jump thru the roof at lineouts.

Thanks undesired, haha i’m working on that. Yeah I get pretty high up there, especially with some pretty strong guys I don’t really lose too many lineouts.

Very little soreness today. Will post some videos of 190 10x3 tonight. Going to the orthopedic (sp) doctor tommorow to get my damn shoulder finally checked out.

190 10x3 went well, hit all reps fairly easily. Double dosing Surge is definitely working well.

So one week done, a little heavier and ready for more squatting! Next week will include some upper body work and i’m thinking some rehab for my shoulder.
