First few warmups felt pretty rough, very tight etc.

Original max 225 = 40lbs increase. I probably couldn’t have hit 225 as I hadnt been doing front squats regularly before this cycle. Most ever was 230lbs.
Did you do the whole cycle? including the intense mesocycle?

Boozin. I’m getting the shoulder surgery 2/20 as of now. Will be doing some legs and one arm work, physical therapy, and once I can, shoulder work to make sure i’m able to play in the fall. Did I mention boozing?
Did you do any other work besides the squats? I know your soulder is bad, but just wondering.

Yeah, the boozin is always good at the parties here in the South. I never played any clubs north of the Mason-Dixon line, so I don’t know how you guys are. I heard you guys up there take the rugby to serious to party hard enough
