Smartest Approach to Lean Bulking?

I just competed last weekend, May 4. My weeks have dieting have ended and now start adding calories in. My weight at contest time = 180lbs. My weight today = 180lbs. I am guessing I am still at about 4% bodyfat. This is even though I increased calories Last week 50% over pre contest levels. Now I will increase calories more this week. I’m normally 206 lbs at 10% bodyfat.

My point is that I’m gradually increasing calories but being more lax (I had a cheeseburger last night) Slow and steady upward.
