Slow Bulking Diet

I will be starting school tomorrow and I want, this time around, to bulk a little slower than lasts year so I have made the fallowing diet for gains of 2-4 lb a month.

Oh yea, I’m 6 2 170lb

Here is my diet and the supplements I will be using for 6 months for bulking and then I will do a 2 month cut after that.

Meal 1
Oatmeal
8 oz milk
Apple or banana

Meal 2
10 oz chicken
9 oz potatoes
8 oz milk
1 cup Broccoli or any vegetables

-----Workout-----

Meal 3 â?? post workout
2 scoops protein
Banana

Meal 4
6oz chicken
12 oz potatoes
1 egg
8oz milk

Meal 5
¾ cup pistachios
Apple or banana
8oz milk

(2 L of water through the day)

-Supplements-
ON Protein
Animal flex
Mega Man Multi Vitamin
White Flood

This all should be around 3000 - 3200 cals.

What do you think people?

Is that enough calories?
I can even burn 3000 cals easily in a day.

You know that even if you did hit 4lbs a month for six months you would still be under 200lbs at 6’2? You are going to have to weigh a lot more than that to look like you lift…

You should put down the amount of protein/fat/carbs total for the day.

Of course it isnt.

But what did you expect when you saw “slow bulk”. He didnt even write “lean bulk” or “clean bulk”. He went all out troll city and said SLOW bulk.

I’m 6-1 and 220 and need at least anotehr 25lbs on my frame till i don’t look fucking skinny anymore.
