I will be starting school tomorrow and I want, this time around, to bulk a little slower than lasts year so I have made the fallowing diet for gains of 2-4 lb a month.
Oh yea, I’m 6 2 170lb
Here is my diet and the supplements I will be using for 6 months for bulking and then I will do a 2 month cut after that.
Meal 1
Oatmeal
8 oz milk
Apple or banana
Meal 2
10 oz chicken
9 oz potatoes
8 oz milk
1 cup Broccoli or any vegetables

Meal 3 â?? post workout
2 scoops protein
Banana
Meal 4
6oz chicken
12 oz potatoes
1 egg
8oz milk
Meal 5
¾ cup pistachios
Apple or banana
8oz milk
(2 L of water through the day)

You should put down the amount of protein/fat/carbs total for the day.
