Being in your first year of med school, you’re probably around 22-23 years old…I guess you feel that’s old enough? Some of my friends are talking about it but going into the medical field as well (either med or dental school in the next 2 years) I’m concerned about what could happen to my future. My friend going into secret service work has similar concerns. Any thoughts? Feel free to PM me.
Can you say a bit more about what your diet looks like right now on training days and off-days?
My diet doesn’t change much between training and off days. The only difference is on off days, my usual postworkout meal will have no carbs and substituted with fats. Otherwise the kcals are around 1800 everyday right now since I’m dieting. Chicken, ground beef, almond butter, peanuts, broccoli, blueberries, shakes, oats, ezekiel bread, evoo, eggs are all in there.
Jeez that isnt much at all. what does the off season diet look like in terms of macros/cals and meal breakdown? Great work though. Hope med school keeps goign well. I got accepted to my top 2 choices luckily so i have to decide which one so i will be a med student next year. THank god

My diet is pretty much 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs. I still have Jason Theobald as my prep coach and I just follow the meal plan he gives me. No thinking on my part except to just prep and get the food down. Offseason cals got up to 3500. I obviously slowly tapered down to 1800 kcals and didn’t just start at 1800.

My weight is 152 in these. My lifts haven’t dipped much but I was never that strong of a guy to begin with. I’ve seen of your vids ebomb and your strength is absolutely unreal!
