Slightly Thicker Bars and Losing Reps

I’m very confused. This is the video/ gym I was asking about. Is that not an assisted pull up machine next to the rack?

That was one room in a gym I was visiting that was HUGE. I liked this one particular room because no one else was in it, but that’s why it’s got such weird equipment. I think it’s intent was to be some sort of crossfit annex.

I like collars because weights fell off my squat bar once in high school - traumatized for life

We’re getting off track here, but I like collars for pretty much everything on a BB, just not near-max bench press.

I’ve dropped a plate mid-squat before as well lol.

Yeah man, Fat Gripz makes every exercise way harder even with weight that’s normally pretty light
