Sir, I did not. My “down 5 pounds as of today” post in the challenge thread no longer holds. After being very, very good for three days now, I’m down to being only .6 over that low last week. But that’s okay. Long way to go.

Depends on where it goes, I guess. Back into the muscle is great. Back into most other places is probably not so great for these purposes.

I had a minor transgression this weekend with the neighbor :astonished:. We got the kids together to play Mario carts and stuff, and she ordered 2 pizzas And a pepperoni roll from our favorite place. Sooo one thing led to another and before I knew it, there I was on my 3rd piece. Of pizza.

But it was a plain, and only medium sized. No pepperoni. So I just ended up with puffy pizza face on Sunday.

I do have to be more diligent on my weigh ins though. I slipped right off of those.

Only 3 pieces? Not gonna lie, I thought that was going in a far more extreme direction. I might have been projecting there.

Even more depressing is the amount of sodium… :joy:

Since they’re only mediums after a good deadlift session I could actually knock out a whole one myself, especially if it has banana peppers and bacon toppings.

But this is my new leaf. It fell off of the temperance tree. That I’d like to cut down and ram through a chipper.

Yeah. When I make my own I can track more accurately. But from a shop there is no telling how much you’re gonna get. Too much variation.

But even the dietary people and other professionals have said a cheat day every now and then isn’t going to change or hurt anything.

Did you have to? And Dominos is just a few clicks away

Ewww. Dominos. :slightly_frowning_face:

There are way too many really good places around to have Dominos. Fresh dough, hand tossed, with their own special sauce.

That’s where it’s at. I think there are 5 places in my area that all deliver. Some are better at certain things than others, but all pretty good.

I feel that this statement is generally true for most food in Pittsburgh

Because of CMU and UPitt, there are even good Asian places!

And you Still Have To! visit the strip on a Saturday morning.

Mancinis breakfast and pepperoni rolls fresh out of the oven are a one of a kind awesome experience. Along with everything else.

From everything you’ve written, I can only imagine what would happen if you were cut loose in Wholeys.

Are there?

My favorite Indian place is on Atwood. Their tandoori chicken is awesome but they’ll stop making it if you eat too much.

I’m not a fan of carbs. prefer meat/seafood

They’re inventory would be in jepoardy… and so would my wallet

some hole in the wall places near school or outright delivery available through Wechat groups

There’s a nice place on Craig street

Too bad. You still have to.

One whiff and you’d have to take a bite. One bite and you’d be ruined. It would change your world.

I’ve never spent much time in Oakland. The bars a few times when I was younger, but my sister actually turned me on to the Indian place.

I painted some of the dorms there at CMU that terrible mint green about 20 years ago, but we ate some basic fast/junk food then.

There weren’t enough foreign exchange students back then

I dunno. It was during the summer when there weren’t many people of any type around.

It has always been a pretty popular place in the engineering and comp Sci and AI world though. I’m thinking maybe 30 years ago or so I went down there as part of a study on how the brain learns, so that they could model a computer learning system around the human mind/brain.

My brothers (now wife) girlfriend at the time was an assistant to a professor in the psych department there.
