skye’s days off are an oxymoron
you’re awesome lady ![]()
haha off day means something entirely different in my lexicon…maybe I should get a puppy. Those are some freaking amazing pulls!! There’s some intense workouts in here, Skye…giving it hell every day.
Training…I’ve been training. Today, I remembered to log it.
warm up, foam rolling
Front squats
bar x 5
65 x 5
85 x 5
95 x 5
105 x 5
115 x 3(PR)…going for 135, 20lbs away.
Leg press
5 x 12
Hanging leg raises
5 x 12
Calf raises
5 x 15
GHRs
4 x 12
20lbs doesnt seem that far away for someone like you.
GO GET IT!!
word up skye, you’ll be hititng that 135 in two weeks i forsee !
crystal ball has spoken - 135 is in your future lady!
Nice front squat PR! I agree with the others, 135 is very, very close!
Ok, now I have no choice but to do it.
Besides, I want ‘Qlaire Qwadz.’
Awesome front squat PR! Yeah, we’re basically holding you to 135 at this point - no pressure ![]()
Also jealous that you get to do GHRs! Are those on a machine or natural?

Yay for the front squat action! Mighty impressive and I’m likin those DLs too.
235lbs x 8… can you rep as much using conventional style? I’m just wondering if I’m missing out.

Kpsnap, T- thank you.
Nlmain- Yes,at last count, I pulled 265lb conventional. I could probably do more than 235lbs, sumo but I’m learning not to get carried away with volume.
Claire- face it; if a body part is ripping jeans, it’s only fair to name it.
