I LOVE the rower for doing sprints! It’s a great piece of equipment.

I’ve only used the rower to warm up. Perhaps I’ll look at it differently next time. Tabata on a rower?? Hmmmm…

let me just say that I have been training, just busy busy…yesterday did my rep work then went for a rugby tournament. We were there all afternoon, then we came home and made triple chocolate chip cookies, low-carb, might I add.

Masch and Rachelle- Yes, ma’am triple chocolate; unsweetened cocoa powder, cocoa nibs and semi-sweet dark chocolate chips. I’ll post the recipe later. They tasted great, we were just too lazy to beat the egg whites till they were stiff, so we lost some fluff but we still got our chocolate fix :slight_smile:

MIM and Kimba- I usually ‘ramp’ which is the right thing to do. 50lb leaps, no bueno. But yesterday, I ate lots of food pre-workout, turned off the brain, and just went by feel. Auto-pilot is awesome.

Very impressive DLs. I would get bored if I were DLing 13 lb. too. (Just kidding. I’m sure that was a typo!)
