Today’s training

DL day but I had to shampoo my carpets and pushing that heavy-ass machine did me in. I took a nice 2hr nap after that then walked the lil’ animal.
Did tennis court suicides…

warm up-prisoner squats, jacks, mountain climbers

suicides x 8 rounds

Super burpees and suicides… you do a lot of things I hate (because they’re hard, and I’m a pussy)!

Since both gyms were closed today…more suicides in the midday sun to make up for the wayward eating soon to follow.

Random squats
45(bar) x 9
65 x 8
95 x 5
115 x 5
135 x 3 - 6 sets. Was gonna do 8 x 3, but I got bored mid-way.

3 x 8(95)

Split squats
4 x 10(20)

KB swings
3 x 20(16kg)

I know now not to leave my workouts till the end of the day when everyone and their mamas were in the gym.

I had one of those days to0- someone came up to me askin how many sets left when I had barely set up for my deads. Plenty was my answer, now move along.

I also went in at the busy time, even though I had the whole day free. Had to wait 20 mins or so for a squat rack to open up. But then I hogged it for 40 mins.

Sounds like a great workout - those KB swings must have been a great finisher!
