Aw, you guys. I don’t do anything different than what you guys do…you also have busy lives and manage to have some face time with the barbell. That’s noble in anybody’s book, especially the couch potatoes :wink:

The usual… still training…alot of metabolic work; sprints, bleachers, complexes since getting to the gym is sporadic.
It gets worse next week because of finals. After that, I’ll be switching gears for about 4-6 weeks, TBT to give my knees and back a break and focus more on fat loss.

I’m sorry if it’s earlier in your log, but Kroc Rows? I’m seeing them in a lot of logs, and have no idea what they are, google keep telling me they’re shoes. I doubt you’re picking up some ugly shoes as part of your workout, but I guess I have seen stranger things :slight_smile:

Thanks for the well wishes guys. I’m so over exams…I’m fighting a sore throat and I’m at ‘fuck it’. I get done with this, I get to work part time at my gym, nothing glamorous…just smiling and checking people in. what am I thinking?!
