warm up…foam rolled at home, the puppy thought it was play time, so I gave up before I could use the tennis ball. That really gets her worked up.

Today I ran 3 miles…waaaa!! Why would I do that to myself. It wasn’t that bad. I need to foam roll or I wont be able to squat tomorrow.

dropped to 115 for pause squats

then ran out of time. I was gonna go back in the evening but I have 2 exams today. Oh well.

I’m still lifting but I been tooo lazy to log my workouts lately.

I did manage 4 x 3 pause squats with 135lbs(3s pause at the bottom)…PR! Getting stronger.
I think next week, I’ll go down to 130 and beat the hell out of those for a while, work on staying tight in the hole.
It’s getting warm here and the clothes are coming off!!
