Andy, why would you push it in drive? Too easy.

Because I’m stupid.

Actually I got a pretty good workout out of it. But neutral is definitely more in line with the prowler.

Lol.I agree, either way you get a pretty darn good workout.
Beats sitting on the couch eating HoHos.

Today’s training

Sprints 100m x 6

I’ll probably go to the gym to do another small metabolic workout and some ab work.

do they still make ho hos? I never even though they were very good…

ho ho’s are disappointing …unless they are frozen. i also find most lil debbie products kinda lame.

I think most baked goods are disappointing, especially stuff that comes in packaging.

Skye, solid workouts! Good for you working on the DB bench. I tried the paused pull-throughs yesterday, and those HURT.

KBs and jump roping FTW!!! i love that routine and miss it dearly. great workout!

Yeah Kimba, those are a real pain in the ass!

Thanks, T and Sindie (how YOU doing’?!)

Today’s training

quick warm up + mobility

front squats
5 x bar
5 x 65
5 x 85

Pause squats
3 x 95 (too easy)
3 x 105(still to easy)
3 x 115(eh…decided to try 125)

so my working sets turned out to be 8 x 3(125)
working on staying tight in the hole.
Calf raises in between 3 x 15

Bulgarian split squats
4 x 10(25)
DB rows
4 x 10(45)

Leg curls
5 x 12(70)

Ab wheel rollouts
3 x 12

How long do you pause the squats for? I’m frankly too skeered to try that quite yet.

I worked up to 5 seconds under tension…

5 seconds sounds like forever. congrats on bein a hardass… literally…

do u time ur 100m sprints???

way to go on the pause squats!!!

Claire-only a half hardass. My left glute refuses to cooperate sometimes.
Deja- Thanks, i havent timed the sprints. i should one of these days.

maybe you need a spankin?

hehe

Nah, MIM…a spankin won’t take care of this problem.

Thought for the day…double standards.

Your ass looks great jiggling on the treadmill but I must admit it’s a major inconvenience and waste of space in the weight room.

Training

warm up, foam rolling, mobility

Deads

125 x 5
150 x 5
175 x 16

Bulgarian split squats
6 x 10(25)

Pause Cable pull throughs
5 x 10(100)

SA rows
5 x 12(45)

I couldn’t do my good mornings/ pull apart combo because the racks were brotarded out. One guy was doing 1/4 squats on a Bosu ball with 225lbs and the other was doing push-ups on the bar…'nuff said.
