Skye pushed a car! That’s pretty darn bad-ass.
Lol…that’s not badass…go put your car in neutral release the handbrake and push…you’d be surprised how easy it is.
Just don’t do it on a hill, tho.
I’ll get some video the next time we get weird…
kimba, car pushing is part of shock and awe for the GP. ![]()
skye, you could always wear a weighted vest or load an extra person in the car if the car is not challenging enough. did you also try turning around to push with your back facing the car? i found it hit the quads harder and gave your glutes a break.
excellent work-have fun with that!
*yes, my boot camp instructor had me push her, and her dog and kid in her honda accord. it was great fun, especially when we hit the slightest incline on the other side of the parking lot.
I’m so impressed with the car pushing. Now I wanna try.
–quick, need to find friend with car and sufficiently crazy idea of “fun”.
T, we took turns sitting in the car. Next we will push my Accord working up to my boyfriend’s truck ![]()
We were gonna push backwards(with our backs against the car) but then it started to rain.
Alisa bribe them with cake…pies work just as well.

OMG! The car pushing - insanely brilliant. I am now imagining all of you parallel parking your cars by use of sheer strength. Please make a video of this.
And the soccer mom in me says, “for chrissake, be careful!”
'Sup, MIM? Holla back!

Claire, what’s your poison? Blueberry, cherry, good ol’ fashion apple pie?
I’m off to shop on Elite. I deserve it.

Yes to all of the above. Mrs Smith’s Razzleberry has the same amount of crack in it that Godlfish crackers do. I’m sure of it. It’s true!
ooooo tell us what you get!! I keep trying to justify my shopping cart there, and I can’t do it. Im such a cheap bastard.
I remember when i did car pushing - huge difference between Drive and Neutral
I make all my clients push my car. I sit on the driver’s side window ledge and keep time/yell/steer. Good times.
Oh, and goodwill belt + carabiner + rope.

I must try Mrs Smith’s…she’s a genius as far as her other stuff goes.
I bought a new foam roller, mini bands, a t-shirt STRONG(HER)… They are out of the pull-up bands…and I’m too lazy to figure out what color belt I want so for now I’ll have to be content with the sweaty communal one at the gym.
Straps for car pulling will come later…
Car pushing- best workout, yet.
Andy, why would you push it in drive? Too easy.
Bobbi, evil.
Miss Masch, you hardly strike me as the soccer mom type…
EDIT: We’re in for some rain this weekend…again. It’s also supposed to be cold, not sure if I’m up for it. I fucking hate cold!
