you might even want to warm up with a front squat to teach you to sit up tall and drive chest up
get a good power belt pushing out on it will help you big time getting out of the bottom…
drag sled push a car to help build leg strength
you look great awesome athletic body
keep up the hard work … that big squat is closer that u think
Last workout, I did front squats as part of my accessory work…gave my quads a good wake up call. I like them because they get that mind-muscle connection going. Using them for warm up would not be a bad idea.
Thanks again, Jim!!
your welcome … you could do some front squats with some glute activation exercises in between warm up sets to get everything ready to go …

Will do. I’ll keep working on the back exercises. I have my pull up bar in m doorway such that I do a couple of chins every time I go through that particular door. Of course, there are some days I totally ignore it
Good stay on that mix your back training up. Some high rep some less with more weight.
Make sure you are squeezing and pulling with your back and
scaps … It’s easy to get carried away and pull with the wrong things. The body is amazing at this
great to see you Skye! thanks for video-i’m always learning from everyone that posts them. keep up your hard work, your intensity is inspiring and i love that.
You could also get an old tire punch a hole in it pull a rope through the hole tie a knot in the end.
Drag it around, you can put 45’s on it as well. It is a total bitch on pavement and grass.
Find some people to sit in car or a slight incline
Keep up the hard work

Yeah, we took turns sitting in the car. Initially, we were worried about it being too heavy, not the case. Is it better to get into rythmn and keep it at a certain pace? because as you get going, you pick up momentum and i’m thinking faster wouldn’t necessarily bet better, right?
Elite has a harness but its not recommended if you weigh below 165…don’t know if that was tongue-in-cheek
They have the straps, coupled with a belt…good to go.
I need to keep an eye out on craigslist for 45s…at last count, I dragged 265lbs+ on the sled.
