Ah, I see. The minute I have some form of normalcy in my day to day activities, I’ll put together what I’d do on squat day.
Funny, I noticed the other day when I was doing my activation, my left glute did not get ‘activated’…same side I’m having knee cave…go figure.
Sled dragging, I’d have to work out with the rugby team or be reeeeally sweet to someone to get access to the sled. I’ve ran out of aspartame, lately.

Masch, feel free. This is learning central.
get some massage work art if possible … Strech hip flexors … Look at mike robertsons YouTube page for glute activation stuff. When lifting focus on squeezing that glute as much as possible

sweet … i look forward to seeing you squat. If grip is the only thing holding you back getting stronger on a lift by all means use straps. most of the females i train have such small hands for heavy rows and step ups they are pretty much forced too.
Thats pretty dam good. You have super long legs so you have to get super strong to have a big squat.
get your elbows under you a bit more and pull you back together super tight. out of the hole focus on driving chest up first. The pause squats will help you big time they will focus you to drive chest up of you will fall forward. Strech your hip flexors and calves before you squat this will also help you stay mote upright.
get you upper back and entire back side freaky strong. Squeeze bar through-out the entire lift this will help u get out of the hole as well.

Yeah, the first thing I noticed were my freaking bat wings aka my elbows/arms sticking out.
Was my depth somewhat decent?
Tomorrow, i’ll throw up a DL vid if I can find someone to harrass.
It’s nice to have a visual so I can fix what’s wrong/ limiting me from getting stronger.

you might even want to warm up with a front squat to teach you to sit up tall and drive chest up
get a good power belt pushing out on it will help you big time getting out of the bottom…
drag sled push a car to help build leg strength
you look great awesome athletic body
keep up the hard work … that big squat is closer that u think
Last workout, I did front squats as part of my accessory work…gave my quads a good wake up call. I like them because they get that mind-muscle connection going. Using them for warm up would not be a bad idea.
