almost a month. pretty good.
Sooo, my gym’s been closed since Wednesday. I suspect this coming week will be the same.
Meanwhile, I’ve been keeping busy with sprints, plyometrics abit of TBT with the weights that I have and lots of dog walking(it still counts).
Yeah it all counts - and most peeps can probably do with a break from the heavy weights to give their joints a rest. My gym’s only shut for Christmas, Boxing Day (26th) and New Years, fortunately, but to be honest I’m only really doing rehab stuff until Jan.
Wish I could do plyo but my knees and ankles object strongly to jumping up and down. What sort of stuff do you do - box jumps and the like?

Yes, box jumps, jump squats/lunges, ladders, lateral jumps and the like. For upper body, I just do push up variations and some chins. I don’t know what else to do for that.
Today, I ran some bleachers/stairs. The pup beat me fair and square. She really keeps me on my toes. When I’m slacking, she takes it upon herself to pick up the pace.
