Maybe one of these days over a bottle of Pinot…Grigio, if you will
Actually, it was a dare + bad experiment which turned out pretty good actually. [/quote]
That’s pretty badass.

Thank you, arachne.
So I have been unable to train since Monday, I’ve had this weird UR stuff going on. Decided it was wise to lay off training till I’m 100%.
Probably squat and DL tomorrow.
Skye, I hope you are feeling better soon. Definitely don’t train if your body says no.

Thanks, kimba. I feel much better. Probably be back in the gym Tuesday.
For today, I’m off to the Falcons/ Eagles game.
My prediction is Matt Ryan won’t play, Vick won’t play and the Falcons will lose.
Tailgatin’ time.
Happy Sunday, ladies!!

Bobbi, you never know till you try.
Kimba…IMHO, trap bar deads are pretty good at getting your form in check as far as regular DLs are concerned. They really force you to get low and if you round your back, you tip forward. If you ever get a chance to use one, take it. It also does a number on your grip. Great for farmers’ walks, too.
totally trying trap bar deads. Might like em better than those damn sumos.
