oh no biggie.
No crazy training today. Just NEPA; walking the puppy 30 minutes in the morning and thirty in the evening. She likes it when we walk fast, otherwise she gets bored and eats leaves.
Gave her ice cubes when we got home, she completely lost it. Fucking hilarious…

I was just happy that she was busy and I could get some studying done.

Bulgarian split squats: 4 x 12(20)

I need to do some UB work this weekend. I am planning on introducing OH pressing this weekend. I didn’t want to do it during the week when I’m rushing so Saturday, it is. I’m still leery about benching.
Why leery of benching? Granted, its not my favorite thing and I won’t do it without a spotter cause I’m skeered.

Two reasons…one, my boyfriend promised to teach me how to bench properly but hasn’t gotten round to it and two…it scares the crap out of me, especially being a student of chiropractic, I’d hate to end my career before it started with an injury. Now, I know you could argue that i could get injured doing any other thing…so I’ll chalk this one up as one of my unreasonable fears which I stubbornly hold onto.

I totally understand this. If both of us had more confidence in our bench technique, it would make this lift lots more enjoyable.

Skye - Trying to catch up… I would be MORE than interested to hear your “long” story about you and WW… Although I can imagine CBear ranting her version of what PROBABLY happened… I would still like to know what actually DID happen! Feel free to PM me! No pressure though. But seriously… PM me. =D
Oh yeah, and nice workouts! Definitely impressed with the rows and the chins! =D

Eh. My rows aren’t even half as good as yours. My chins, I am pleased but I want more.

For fucks sake molly. Nosy much?
I smile whenever I think of ranting my version of what probably happened.
ok well as long as molly started the nosy business go ahead and CC that PM to me, as well. If it happened.
Well I don’t know what happened but no responsible trainer would put a girl on 900 cals. Nice work on the chins.
Training:
warm up, lots of mobility work
Squats

143 x 3
155 x 3

Apparently those squats took nothing out of your deadlift today. Great effort!
Do you do hanging leg raises knees to chest, or feet straight up towards head/bar?

legs straight, just over parallel. If I go beyond that, I start to sway wildly.

The spinning ladies, including the instructor came out to see what the racket was about…Oops!
I’m debating whether to start Muay Thai now or after thanksgiving. I’m leaning more towards after, less interruption.
