I agree, they’re fun when they aren’t trying to eat you alive.

Needless to say, I’ve prepaid for obedience school…just sayin.

hey how’s your training going? how’s the pup?

Hi Sindie, training is going great. I’ve just been lazy to post.

Puppy is keeping me really busy. I enrolled her little butt in obedience school for chewing my sneakers and my brand new text book. Needless to say, she is the rebel of the class, barking at everyone, nipping at people’s heels, biting the instructor and making her momma proud
The only thing she hasn’t done yet is have an accident in class (I’m pleasantly surprised.)

I’ll get back to posting next week when I finish midterms.

oh good luck with the pup…Lum is at that age now too, l. little bastard. …two more months till he’s getting neutered though…2 monthss

maybe enroll more than just her butt? i know we gots to save the monies and all…

We are in a recession.
I was gonna enroll only one cheek but I figured I’d spare her the embarrassment.

missed you

missed you, too.

Enough sappiness…

hands Cbear a tub of whey, creatine and a bag of 9 inch nails

gimme!!

rusty nails, i hope.

Today’s workout (a preamble to 5/3/1)

warm up
foam rolling

Cambered Bar Squats (for shits n giggles)

Bar(65) x 5
85 x 5
115 x 5
135 x 4
145 x 4
150 x 2
115 x 6

Leg press super-setted with calf raises
5 x 15(100)

Leg curls
5 x 12(50)

I finally got my Surge (3 business days = 5 business days…just sayin.) so I felt obliged to open the tub and put it to use. It was either that or the super nachos from last night.

Either way, I’m not complaining…

I’d love to try a cambered bar one day. Nice job!

What flavor Surge did you get, and is it good? I’ve only ever tried the original, which I like.

cambered bar is loads of fun, you can actually put more weight on the bar than on a straight bar…makes you wanna go ‘Look, no hands!!!’ It’s just that comfy.

I got the fruit punch this time around, but I think I prefer the lemon/ade flavor.

I left them out in the Georgia rain all week, just for you.

HI!

Don’t know what took me so long to say that :stuck_out_tongue:

Well, hi there…
Probably took you so long coz I’m one of the quieter ones, here.

Today’s workout:
Decided to dust of my gloves for a metabolic workout since the upper field where I run sprints was closed. I was in no mood to hop the fence like yesterday with puppy in tow.

1st set:
90s on bag work followed by
30s super burpees

2nd set:
90s bag work
30s jump squats

3rd set:
90s bag work
30s jump lunges

4th set:
90s bag
30s jumping jacks

1 minute rest between sets.

Finished off with 3 minutes of jumping rope and coughing up a lung.
