Oooh, what kind? My friend got a cane corso this past weekend…what is he thinking?! And he wants an akita, as well. That’s gonna be interesting.I wish my schedule wasn’t so crazy, I’d be able to own a pet. Oh, well.
Nice on the strongman comp!! Are you planning on doing another one anytime soon?
Switching vibes would be great…if you could throw in the bench thing, we have a deal!

SWEET PR! VERY COOL! =D
Thank you, Molly. I’ve wasted a good deal of the spring/summer doing other programs. I should have gone with my first instinct and started with 5/3/1 ages ago.
and YES–you’re friend is crazy! cane corso? hmm…i dunno. i have mixed feelings about those guys… akita’s too.
I told him the same thing. Oh, well.
Newfoundlands are not small dogs, either. But they do have better temperament than, i don’t know…cane corsos
Are you planning on doing another comp anytime soon?
i dunno, i’d like to but they are not in my budget–this one was $40 which is alot for a lowly vet tech like me. i’d totally do soem backyard comps if i could find out about some. it was really fun

Vet tech would hardly be classified as lowly. I’m guessing a comp is a great way to see your true potential.
I have got to give you props for your sprints. I dunno what planet you are from but in my world sprints would just never happen, but you do them --and OFTEN. good job, and my condolences at the same time >;)
it seems alot of my posts in your log are like that! but word, you do do alot of crap i absolutely hate. good job!

Haha!! Running sprints is a cop out for not wanting to do anything else. I’d rather sprint than squat The track is a 5 minute walk from my house and the gym is like 20 minute drive. Sometimes I’m good and I do everything(gym-wise) in the order in which I’m supposed to, lately…not so much.
But generally, I love sprints. I ran cross country for a minute and I miss it but I have to stay the hell away from it because I prefer keeping whatever little muscle I have.
Thanks, Sindie but I still covet your 300-something squat. I’m really trying to love squats.
