Anywho, I managed to stretch, foam roll and do 30 minutes on the bike.

Today’s training:

warm up, foam rolling, activation

Deads:

1 x 3 (135 warm up)

1 x 3 (175)

1 x 3 (200)

1 x 7(225-PR!!)

Good Mornings:

5 x 12(85)

Standing calf raises:

Hanging leg raises:

Today’s workout:

Tuminello’s complex for shits and giggles.

Done with a 25lb-plate to test the waters, 45lbs was alittle too ambitious.

5 rounds, 90sec rest
OH squat x 8
Plate swings x 8
Bent over rows x 8
Reverse lunges with twist x 8
Wood chops x 8

I kept the reps at 8 for all of them just to keep it simple.
Brain fog kicked in around the 3rd set.
Barf burps set 4.

vurps. i love them. and hate them.

Nothing says ‘great set!’ like the subtle taste of half digested supps, oats n’ whey. Ugh.

Thank’s, imhungry.
Nice of you to stop by. I’m off to figure out more ways to draw you out of SAMA more often.

Well, anyone who posts a pic of a cat who’s projectile vomiting, along with shy shoes, has piqued my interests already.

Since I have no excuse as to why I didn’t work out today, I threw in a pretty picture of the park near where I live.
It has a lovely koi pond.

sindie… your shoe is a WHORE!
