Skye Log #2

Thanks, MIM. Yes, warrior diet, or should I say warrior lifestyle. In a nutshell, you undereat most of the day and then you have a nice big dinner in the evening of your choice. All about hormone manipulation. I would recommend reading the book. I’m certainly going to be eating this way for the longest.

foam rolling + activation

Deads(just testing my strength coming off a deload and eating differently)

145 x 5

225 x 5

I’ve heard of the book and read a bunch of stuff online…it definitely sounds interesting!

I’m wondering though…can’t you do the opposite and eat a big breakfast and ‘under eat,’ the rest of the day?

You can do that, too MIM. I think it’s called ‘reverse eating’ where you eat a ton for breakfast, moderate lunch, small dinner.

Warrior lifestyle is interesting. My energy levels are through the roof, God knows I need it with everything going on right now. I’m waiting to see what happens a few weeks from now. The book is worth reading. I have modified some things to fit me as an individual, especially with training.

Today ACTIVE OFF.

Walked the doggie then ran suicides on the tennis courts. It’s 90 degrees, outside today. It’s not even summer yet The puppy refused to participate. She plopped down in her shady corner and wouldn’t budge, not even for a tennis ball.

clusters of 5…x 5.

Doesn’t sound like much but I coughed up a lung.

Did you get the book through Amazon or on the site? I keep meaning to get it to add to my nerdy book collection. I just like having references!

Yup, Amazon…got mine at Barnes & Noble for 11 bucks.

My left thigh looks smaller than my right…or am I imagining things?

slightly skye: you might have to rev up the single leg workouts to balance them out- nice ass though

I have the same problemo…

Ooh Skye! I am Warrior-ing too! Love it! Definitely not for everybody… but I am a fan! I would recommend trying it for those who are interested. You may hate it and gain 5 lbs… or you may love it and never go back. Either way… it’s an interesting concept!

Oh yeah… nice arse.

Ah yes, the warrior diet. Keep hearing about it and I’m def going to look into it once I can start experimenting with lifestyle changes. I can eat BIG in one sitting, which is why this might work for me, but not being able to eat for long periods of time sounds treacherous.

Nice ass indeed! And the left does look a teensy bit smaller - but to be expected if your right dominant no?

Nice training as per usual!

MOLLLLYYYYYYYYYYY!!! Hai! You’re right, the warrior lifestyle is not for everybody but it really works for me with my crazy schedule.

Nlmain & MIM- yeah, single leg work, it is. I know I wasn’t imagining things.

Masch- ironically, I’m left-handed…but right-dominant(damn you, right-handeds! Forcing the rest of us to conform…) Regarding the warrior lifestyle, you hardly go hungry because you do eat something small when you have hunger pangs; fruit, veggies, greek yogurt, nuts, I sometimes take a protein shake, BCAAs. Then in the evening you let loose. Usually by the time the weekend’s rolled around, I’ve eaten all my favorite foods so no cravings and no crazy bingeing. No starving here and cravings are taken care of every evening with no guilt. But like Molly said, it’s not for everybody. It works with my crazy, busy life.

SKYEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! Yep! I like being able to be a little bit less strict with my food choices at night… and it’s pretty easy to clean it on up if you want to lean out some more.

As for your right/left leg… yeah the leftie looks a bit smaller… and it’s funny… some people find that their non-dominant leg is smaller because it’s weaker and they use it less… other’s find that it’s bigger because the neural pathways aren’t as efficient and therefore you have to work harder to actually do anything with that leg… weird, huh? Anyway… I am sure adding a a couple extra moves for you left side will have it working properly in no time!

Nice ass. Yeah, the left leg looks a bit smaller, but like the other ladies have said, some more single leg work should even it out.

The warrior diet definitely intrigues me - are you literally allowed anything you want in the evening? Because I could see myself non-stop eating for a couple hours, which I think would be counterproductive, no?

Btw, how good was Glee this week?!?!

my sleep schedule (or lack of) and work leads me to “warrior” my “i see*” diet every once in awhile…

but, for me it all ends up even. i’ll echo that it’s definitely not for everybody, and admit that my co-workers like me better when im well fed. im an absurd level of cranky when mah tummeh doez NOT have a happee.

'sup, Skye! very nice bum. maybe you should show us a top view but facing us just to make sure everything is balanced…
;>)

last couple of days of work had me on a warrior diet, but certainly not by choice…i like my many smallish meals throughout the day…

my routine: small breakfast, small lunch, small snack, workout, big supper, small snack. It works for me and prevents me from eating all evening when the belly is purrin.
