10g a day, your fine. At about 20g a day like some manufatcturers reccomend during the “loading phase” I tend to dehydrate quickly,wich causes cramping, even drinking an extra gallon a day. So by overboard I mean don’t go over YOUR limit. I find 10g a day for load and 5g for maintenance is what works best FOR ME,. But I’m not you, Do what works for you. Peace bro.
