Skinny fat!? Help needed!

Obliques still poking ut. Cutting for 6 months?

I been on diet and been down 40-50 pounds at this momment but my Oblique is still popping out and fat on side. How long does it take and is it possible it will go away im at 250 now 6”2 ft 34 years old. [IMG_3003] [IMG_3004]
