Anyone use skim milk powder as their protein shake? 4 cups is 36g protein and 52g carbs. Skim milk powder is pretty cheap too.
Only issue is drinking 4 cups at one sitting. Maybe I could use less water and drink it thicker.

Is it 4 cups of liquid are those stats, or 4 cups of powder than add water are those stats? What I’m think is that is just a lot of milk to drink in one sitting.
Ugh, I tried those things years ago, twice, and they gave me the runs bad. There are more digestible protein sources out there.
It’s 4 cups liquid. You mix 1/3 cup of the powder to 1 cup water to get 1 cup milk.

4 cups might be a bit much then. On the other hand I used to be very lactose intolerant and get the runs with my whey protein shakes, but then I adapt to it and now have no problem. Maybe this will be the same.
are the proteins really that undigestible and thus ineffective? any articles you guys could point me at so i can read up on it? i was looking online and couldn’t find much on this…thanks
