Skill Work on Off Days

Hi, I would like to learn handstand but I’m not sure where I can put skill work in my schedule.

I’m doing 3 whole body sessions (around 50 minutes) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday. Thursday and Saturday I’m doing cardio work for 20-30 minutes.
I’m doing training on morning before Job and the only possiblity to add skill work is eather on cardio days before or on workouts day during evening.

From recovery and longevity perspective which one is better option? The skill work should be around 15-20 minutes?

It likely won’t make a huge difference. If it were me (and it would not as I have no interest in mastering the hanstand  ) I’d do it in the evening of the workout days. I prefer to have 3 demanding days with at least a day in-between, than turn it into 5 fairly demanding days.

From an overall training stress perspective, it should look like this:

So it could be something like this:

Monday: Hardest workout + skill
Tuesday: LISS cardio
Wednesday: Second hardest workout + skill
Thursday: More intense conditioning
Friday: Hard workout but no skill work
Saturday: Lowest intensity cardio, maybe something like ruck walks
