Ya know, when I read Professor X’s teasing you about being short I went “OW, I don’t know if that was necessary”, but you ARE an arrogant runt. You tried this crap with me a while back too which is one thing. However I’ve seen his pics and suffice it to say that by comparison, to scale of course =] , he is bigger than you (and me) by a country mile.

There’s nothing frickin wrong with being short, but you are self conscious about it which is something you would do well to get over. In the meantime think of all the money you’re saving being able to buy clothes in the children’s department.

Is proX your “daddy”. You seem to come to his rescue quite often. Yes, I do remember schooling you on another post. You guys have a problem with me being short. That way you have excuses as to why I can lift so much, do so many pullups, look so big etc. Even if you factor out my height, I blow most of you twats away in any department. Even if his advice was correct, he is too negative for it to do any good.

SHUT. THE. FUCK. UP! YOU ARE TRYING TO BRING PEOPLE DOWN BUT YOU ARE JUST MAKING YOURSELF LOOK LIKE A FUCKING RETARD. EVEN RANDOM PEOPLE BARELY ENTERING THIS THREAD THINK YOU HAVE OBVIOUSLY LOST THIS ARGUMENT. KILL URSELF!

p.s.: I’ve never cussed that much on a post on this forum so just in case a nice mod deletes some things I said here is a clean version.

Step 1: Put foot in mouth.

Step 2: Savor the flavor and stop talking. Never post in this thread again…

Speaking of size based on bodyweight, theres this guy at my gym that is the same height as me (5’10), weighs 2 kilos less than me (I’m 73kg, he’s 71kg), and he is a fair deal bigger than me. Hows that work, its not like we have very different body fat either?? does he have lighter bones or something??

Yes I don’t want to weigh any more than I have too. There are many reasons in favor of lower bodyweights which are well documented. I’m more concerned with feeling comfortably muscular, and feel pretty good about myself the way I look now regardless of what you may think.

Another 10 pounds of muscle will make a major difference. Christ there aren’t many guys my age or 15 years younger that come close to my physical appearance and the only one “mocking” me here has been you. That seems to be your style if you want to call it that. Again no hard feelings. I’m off to meet and spend the night with my 28 year old girlfriend so I don’t have a whole lot to be angry about anyway.

And to the other dude, it’s MORON, you MORON.

Cheers.
Hhahaha you know what. you sound like those fifteen year old teenagers that i beat on xbox live (yes i play xbox, im still in my teens so f u I like video games) who yell into their mikes" Yeah well, you’ve never gotten any in your life! " and then quit out of the game, and probably curl up into a ball on their bed with their teddy bear and cry themselves to sleep. Grow up!

That’s a possibility. His proportions could also be more aligned with what is more esthetic, like smaller hips and wider shoulders. Bodybuilding is also about illusion along with any size you gain. If you have wide hips, you have to gain that much more size on your shoulders and legs to balance it out.

1.Double bodyweight BP, (regulation form and rules)
2. SEATED military press BW 3x4
3. 22 dead hang,full pullups, (no kip)
4. 3x12 pullups with 25lbs @ 155 bodyweight.
5. Dips 3x12 w/ 55lbs @ 155 bodyweight.
6. 100 consecutive full range pushups.
7. 300 pushups in 12 minutes.
8. 1 mile swim, various strokes, no rest
It’s not bragging if you did it!!

This is the shit from your blog. Let me just say that from your photos, you’re fat, and based on the fact that you think these are impressive accomplishments, you’re dumb.

I’m going to straight up say that I don’t think you can bench double your bodyweight, even though you do weigh just 155. This is based not as much on your photos but more on your other “achievements”

155 lbs on military press 4 times is hardly something worth telling people about even if you just weigh 155.

22 pullups is not very challenging, again even less so for someone of your stature.

3x12 pullups with 25 lbs, again, nothing.

The next one, 3x12 dips with 55 lbs is really where I decided I was going to call you out. Since I weighed just barely 160, I’ve been able to do 3x12 dips with +80 lbs, (150% of my bodyweight), and I certainly can’t bench 310.

The pushups are garbage, anybody who trains with weights can do what you said, and the swimming is a joke. Various strokes? Get real.

I originally just wanted to post saying you look very, well, round in your photos, but then I realized if you cut you’d probably only weigh like 140 and would basically be a 13 year old physically.

Take down your hilarious photos, stop with these posts. Maybe you’re one of those people that actually gains confidence by embarrassing yourself over the internet because you think the people talking down to you are just jealous, but come on dude. You’re asking to get shit on.

Yea, it’s probably different body fat or muscle, or even bone density (but I don’t think bones differ that much between people of the same size, unless there’s a lot more stress being put on one guy’s bones over the other’s).

People can carry muscle and fat in very different ways, and two people of the same height but different body fat %ages could look the same.

Maybe one person could naturally hold more water weight, or just eats more sodium. I don’t know.

Damn dude. I wouldn’t call those feats “not impressive”. I would question if they’re embellished, but it’s not like both a double bodyweight bench (no matter how light or short limbed one is) and being able to do 100 consecutive pushups isn’t common. I’ve done both, but not around the same time.

I also think 22 pullups (not chinups) is pretty good, even for a lighter guy. The guys who were usually getting that many are usually pretty strong or very skinny.

I agree with you to question those, but damn, just because they’re not elite level doesn’t mean they’re not impressive. I don’t see just anyone who lifts being able to do all of that.

I’d have to see videos to believe any of it though.

Well, when I looked at your pic…Oh, wait no, you haven’t posted a single one in all of your 1000+ diatribes!! I have no witty retort, so I will go back to trying to hit 16 inches on my upper arms now.

My pic is in my profile and every one of the 80+ people in my friends list can see it. This thread isn’t about my picture OR your picture so what exactly is your point?

My point was exactly what I said above, not too hard to figure out. I will let you ponder on it awhile. By the way, all the pics of me at 3% bodyfat at 220 lbs. deadlifting 850 lbs are for only my friends to see too.

Oh, don’t think you were misunderstood. You are the one who ignored the fact that many here have seen my pics. PGA has done enough playing around with my photos as it is yet somehow you missed all of this. They have been posted on this board in both threads that asked for pictures of regular members in the past.

Unlike you, I don’t feel the need to throw my picture up randomly because I already know I’m big.
I guess that is why you feel the need to talk crap to everyone on all your threads. What are you compensating for with all that negativity?
If I want to hear someone tell me how I look, I can just go to the store. People like you need the validation. That was why you posted your picture in this thread which actually did nothing but prove my point to the OP about height affecting size.
I posted my pic because twats like you and Tribulus will immediately tell me to “come back when I am 200 lbs.” and other repetitive detritus in an attempt to make yourselves look special. For a long time I had no pics on here. I put them up to shut folks up.
You are the one crying for attention with your pictures. I get enough attention when I walk into the gym to lift. That’s the difference between us.
Hey, I get told I am big an accolades in the gym too. the only difference between us is I don’t try to tear posters down with my replies. I try to add something positive.

Where are the videos? All I see are pictures of a smooth little high school kid and some made-up numbers.
I am 35, and I did not have a video camera back when I competed, the things were like 3k. I do however have current pics, which I have posted. Yeah the latest pic is fat, I was/am bulking. I am fine with “smooth” (like the 165 pic) ripped is too much work for what it is worth (for me).
SO all you haters, hate on. You will have to contend with the pics, like 'em or not, because I can’t go back in time for videos. I don’t lift big much anymore, mostly for fun/fitness…and still get bigger than most of you haters!!! Wait until I start to cut. I will post more, then all you will have left to talk shit about it my height.
peace fools.

they were not all done at the same points in time. None of them are even elite, so I don’t know why it would be hard to beleive. For a real lifter, they should all be pretty common.

Dude, the only person “blowin’ hard” in this thread is you. You don’t “look so big”. You look like a stocky short guy. Normally, I would even congratulate you on simply gaining some muscle mass at all but clearly you think you are more than you really are. I will pm my picture to you taken last summer. You let me know how much smaller than you I am. No one has a problem with you being short. No one was even talking to you in this thread until you jumped in. I would imagine that happens to you all day long…ie. being ignored…so you jump and shout to get noticed. That is the very definition of “short man syndrome”. Get over it.
I was only supporting the OP in stating that a 15 inch arm need not look like a toothpick. You made the comment that having a 15 inch arm is whay you started lifting. I only showed you otherwise, which is what pissed you off. Just admit it.

This website is supposed to be “hardcore.” People that can’t handle the truth probably shouldn’t be here in the first place. This website doesn’t need coddling and positive reinforcement. That’s not “hardcore.” Any body that wants to “try” to call me out can feel free to. Just check out my profile (it is not set to private) and read my blog first, so you will know what you are talking about. You look like you have a decent base, but you look smooth. You would probably look even smoother and less defined in a color photo. You also look far from big, even for your height. Your pressing strength is above average, but far from impressive. You’re exactly the type of person that needs the dose of reality that a handful of people on this site continuously offer. In short, you’re not what you think you are.

Quite the opposite.

I said they weren’t impressive.
ocn2000 wrote:

Listen chief, you need to thicken your skin up a little bit and I don’t mean that sarcastically either. Stop stewing about what you think everybody else thinks of you and be the best you can, that’s all.

Everybody wants approval, even on an anonymous internet forum? EVERYBODY. Including me, but not like you seem to. Nobody cares if your’re short, how much you lift or even about your physique. You keep trying to impress people who know better beyond your accomplishments and that will draw disdain every time.

That’s as positive as I can be and remain honest. Take it how you want.

In some circles, maybe not. In the grand scheme, maybe. Most folks can’t BP much over there own weight, or do more than 10 BW pullups. For me, at the time, they were acheivements worth noting. I may live in a small world, but at the time, no one around me was performing like that.

Dude, no. ProfX was saying that 15" arms look small on people of an average height. That’s not you.
