Uh, to gain muscle requires a gain of lean body mass…which weighs more unless you somehow lost the weight of some other tissue to compensate. Without insulting you, how do you think that’s possible without gaining weight? Was this a trick question?
Just to add, 15" arms are SMALL. I started lifting seriously BECAUSE I had 15" arms. For some of you (on a bodybuilding web site) to now act like this is a great final goal to have is just plain feminine and ridiculous. No offense.
These are 15.5 inch arms with a 7 inch wrist. I don’t think they look that small.
Did you post this just to show off? You are 5 foot 5. When people say things like, “I finally got to 200lbs”, why do people 6’5" feel the need to tell us how that isn’t big? When people discuss measurements and what is considered “developed”, why do EXTREMELY short people log on to tell us that they don’t look small with those measurements? Do you feel left out in most normal conversation? Does someone honestly have to write each every single freaking time that we are discussing people of AVERAGE HEIGHT for you to understand it?
If you didn’t know, you are NOT of average height. This guy is 4 inches taller than you but thank you for your commentary and nice black and white photo of yourself. You are very “stocky”.
Well, when I looked at your pic…Oh, wait no, you haven’t posted a single one in all of your 1000+ diatribes!! I have no witty retort, so I will go back to trying to hit 16 inches on my upper arms now.
Okay X I’m done here. No hard feelings. Your view of the world is obviously skewed and I don’t want to operate there.
Yes I don’t want to weigh any more than I have too. There are many reasons in favor of lower bodyweights which are well documented. I’m more concerned with feeling comfortably muscular, and feel pretty good about myself the way I look now regardless of what you may think.
Another 10 pounds of muscle will make a major difference. Christ there aren’t many guys my age or 15 years younger that come close to my physical appearance and the only one “mocking” me here has been you. That seems to be your style if you want to call it that. Again no hard feelings. I’m off to meet and spend the night with my 28 year old girlfriend so I don’t have a whole lot to be angry about anyway.
And to the other dude, it’s MORON, you MORON.
Cheers.

I’m really pretty happy with myself but would like to add another .5" to my arms without sacrificing my waist size. Is it possible at my weight to add the size to my arms or based on my weight have I pretty much maxed out on the size of my arms and therefore will need to add weight?
A 1/2 inch increase isn’t all that noticeable to the naked eye. Why bother?

My pic is in my profile and every one of the 80+ people in my friends list can see it. This thread isn’t about my picture OR your picture so what exactly is your point?
Tminus50 wrote:I’m off to meet and spend the night with my 28 year old girlfriend…
The only reason for you to say this is you felt the need to brag yourself up.
The only reason you felt the need to brag yourself up is because you felt insecure.
Some unsolicited advice - anytime you say something completely unrelated like this to brag yourself up you not only forfeit the discussion, you show everyone that you know you did.
OP,
You are mentally meek. And flimsy, really. Underachievement is not appreciated here. Please direct all further inquiries to either bodybuilding.com or the Official Brad Pitt Fan Site (wherever that may be).
Thank you for compliance.

Personally I think Professor X is an asshole.
But you know what I also think? In the last couple months of being on this site I’ve seen more ridiculous threads than I ever thought there could be, and I’ve also NEVER seen Prof X NOT give credit where credit was due. Say what you want about him being an asshole, but he’s not wrong most of the time.

My point was exactly what I said above, not too hard to figure out. I will let you ponder on it awhile. By the way, all the pics of me at 3% bodyfat at 220 lbs. deadlifting 850 lbs are for only my friends to see too.

Oh, don’t think you were misunderstood. You are the one who ignored the fact that many here have seen my pics. PGA has done enough playing around with my photos as it is yet somehow you missed all of this. They have been posted on this board in both threads that asked for pictures of regular members in the past.
Unlike you, I don’t feel the need to throw my picture up randomly because I already know I’m big. If I want to hear someone tell me how I look, I can just go to the store. People like you need the validation. That was why you posted your picture in this thread which actually did nothing but prove my point to the OP about height affecting size.
You are the one crying for attention with your pictures. I get enough attention when I walk into the gym to lift. That’s the difference between us.

Ya know, when I read Professor X’s teasing you about being short I went “OW, I don’t know if that was necessary”, but you ARE an arrogant runt. You tried this crap with me a while back too which is one thing. However I’ve seen his pics and suffice it to say that by comparison, to scale of course =] , he is bigger than you (and me) by a country mile.
There’s nothing frickin wrong with being short, but you are self conscious about it which is something you would do well to get over. In the meantime think of all the money you’re saving being able to buy clothes in the children’s department.

Is proX your “daddy”. You seem to come to his rescue quite often. Yes, I do remember schooling you on another post. You guys have a problem with me being short. That way you have excuses as to why I can lift so much, do so many pullups, look so big etc. Even if you factor out my height, I blow most of you twats away in any department. I will believe it when I see some pics or proof. Up until then prox is just an obnoxious blowhard to me.
Even if his advice was correct, he is too negative for it to do any good.
Any body that wants to “try” to call me out can feel free to. Just check out my profile (it is not set to private) and read my blog first, so you will know what you are talking about.
You’re really starting to give a bad rap to us short people, ocn. I suggest you stop.

Dude, the only person “blowin’ hard” in this thread is you. You don’t “look so big”. You look like a stocky short guy. Normally, I would even congratulate you on simply gaining some muscle mass at all but clearly you think you are more than you really are. I will pm my picture to you taken last summer. You let me know how much smaller than you I am. No one has a problem with you being short. No one was even talking to you in this thread until you jumped in. I would imagine that happens to you all day long…ie. being ignored…so you jump and shout to get noticed. That is the very definition of “short man syndrome”. Get over it.

This website is supposed to be “hardcore.” People that can’t handle the truth probably shouldn’t be here in the first place. This website doesn’t need coddling and positive reinforcement. That’s not “hardcore.”
Any body that wants to “try” to call me out can feel free to. You would probably look even smoother and less defined in a color photo. You also look far from big, even for your height. Your pressing strength is above average, but far from impressive. You’re exactly the type of person that needs the dose of reality that a handful of people on this site continuously offer. In short, you’re not what you think you are.

That’s all it takes to make you happy with life – a 28 year old girlfriend? It amazes me the amount of people on this website that feel the need to justify their lives by mentioning the pussy they get. Newsflash!! It’s not hard to get laid.

What is it with you pal? Nobody cares about your height or your lifts except you. Did you major in point missing in school or something? Rescue Professor X? I don’t recall his needing rescuing. When you can laugh at short jokes your life will be infinitely more livable.

Where are the videos? All I see are pictures of a smooth little high school kid and some made-up numbers.
If I had a 28 (or even an 88) year old girlfriend, my wife would cut my nutz off.
