Where are the videos? All I see are pictures of a smooth little high school kid and some made-up numbers.
Thanks for the compliment (high school kid). I am 35. When you reach that age you will be lucky if you still have all your own hair and don’t have a 42+ inch waste and erectile dysfunction. That is, if you are not already there.
As for the videos, these events took place over a period of twenty years form 15-35. Camcorders did not exist when I started lifting. Hell they just became affordable during the last ten. I see you ask for video, because you can’t really attack the pics!! except “maybe” the 185 bulking one.

Ya know, when I read Professor X’s teasing you about being short I went “OW, I don’t know if that was necessary”, but you ARE an arrogant runt. You tried this crap with me a while back too which is one thing. However I’ve seen his pics and suffice it to say that by comparison, to scale of course =] , he is bigger than you (and me) by a country mile.

There’s nothing frickin wrong with being short, but you are self conscious about it which is something you would do well to get over. In the meantime think of all the money you’re saving being able to buy clothes in the children’s department.

Is proX your “daddy”. You seem to come to his rescue quite often. Yes, I do remember schooling you on another post. You guys have a problem with me being short. That way you have excuses as to why I can lift so much, do so many pullups, look so big etc. Even if you factor out my height, I blow most of you twats away in any department. I will believe it when I see some pics or proof. Up until then prox is just an obnoxious blowhard to me.
Even if his advice was correct, he is too negative for it to do any good.

Dude, the only person “blowin’ hard” in this thread is you. You don’t “look so big”. You look like a stocky short guy. Normally, I would even congratulate you on simply gaining some muscle mass at all but clearly you think you are more than you really are. I will pm my picture to you taken last summer. You let me know how much smaller than you I am. No one has a problem with you being short. No one was even talking to you in this thread until you jumped in. I would imagine that happens to you all day long…ie. being ignored…so you jump and shout to get noticed. That is the very definition of “short man syndrome”. Get over it.
X did PM me a pic. He was big albeit, but not impressive. Maybe a little smooth/bloated. Hard to tell, he had is shirt on and has dark skin. Since he chose the pic, I assume he choose his best one. If that is true, I am not “that” impressed. I have no idea about lifts or if the pic was off season/bulkig etc. I will post it and let it be what it is.
EDIT unable to post proffessor x’s pic, not allowed by MOD, makes since. SO I will eave it at that. If you have seen it great, form your won opinion or get on his buddy list.

Listen chief, you need to thicken your skin up a little bit and I don’t mean that sarcastically either. Stop stewing about what you think everybody else thinks of you and be the best you can, that’s all.

Everybody wants approval, even on an anonymous internet forum? EVERYBODY. Including me, but not like you seem to. Nobody cares if your’re short, how much you lift or even about your physique. You keep trying to impress people who know better beyond your accomplishments and that will draw disdain every time.

That’s as positive as I can be and remain honest. Take it how you want.
I am not looking for approval. All I am saying is that if you are going to talk shit, bring it. Don’t call someone out, then they send you a pic showing they are twice as big as you and don’t need “to get to 200lbs” or “squats and milk” as advice to every question, and then try to back pedal. I have posted too many legitimate questions only to have smartasses with no clue to my background or present condition, try to tell me how my goal is unrealistic or try to knock me for trying. “If” you are one of those people, then fuck you. If not add something constructive to the pot. Contrary to a previous post “hardcore” is not about being an asshole.

Dude, no. ProfX was saying that 15" arms look small on people of an average height. That’s not you.
I even told him that and that is what pissed HIM off…as if it was a surprise that I would point out his height.

Bottom line, this is a bodybuilding forum and I am not usually going to say anything negative about someone that is truly working their ass off to be much better than they are. The OP is NOT one of those people. Someone that afraid of a 10lbs gain in body mass (at the age of 51, mind you, and all that entails hormonally making it that much harder to gain muscle mass) is not one of those people. 15" arms are not big. Even on someone who is 5’5", while they don’t look “skinny”, no one would say, “wow, your arms are huge!” If this comes as a surprise to you, you are delusional. Exceptions to that would be very short people with arms about that size IN CONTEST SHAPE ripped to shreds. Then that measurement might actually look very developed on someone that short…but that would mean they were LARGER in the off season.

We all know that everyone has different goals, but this is not the website for people who want to “tone”. If your goals include taking 20 years to gain 5lbs and you currently weigh a very thin 150lbs, you are probably on the wrong website.

excuse me fellas but do you all have nothing better to do than insult the poor guy he asked for your help and you’re just mocking him. is this how you treat anyone with a question you find potentially silly? would u react the same to someone younger who knew nothing? he guy has a dream in mind. instead of ridicule why not help? we all have hopes and dreams. he isnt mocking you guys for wanting to be so big you cant wipe you own backsides. there…rant over. i’ll happily jump off the soap box now and take what ever gets thrown at me

No, he didn’t ask for help. He is not the OP.

Thanx for that Prof x and SWR-1240.

Your pics are NOT (I repeat NOT) impressive. Not at all. You live in a very small world (probably a world of one) if you think yourself as big or even close to big.

I encourage you to go to a powerlifting meet or a trade show like the Arnold Classic. You would not even rank as mediocre around people who actually train.

Ah, yes, finally a clear, concise, truthful statement.

ocn2000, I don’t care if you’re 4 feet tall, you look like garbage.

Now modest, hard-working garbage I can take, because at least you’d be trying, and everyone has to start somewhere.

However 35 year old, braggadocios arrogant jackass garbage… now that’s just pathetic.

I honestly hope you’re just a troll who says the things you do to get a rise out of people, because if you honestly think/believe the things you say on here in real life… it would just be sadly delusional.

I am currently 185 and bulking (which is the pic you saw). It did not take me 20 years to do that.I have worked out off and on for twenty years. Many of it while in weight class sports, so gaining size was not really an option. Most of my working out was not BB oriented. The result was merely a by product.

Not participating in any sports, I have decided to make a more concerted effort at BB’ing. I went from 165 to 185 quite easily. I am trying to go a little higher before slowly cutting. I have no plans to compete. I want to lean down to something that I can reasonably maintain most of the year.

Now, per your own words how can I look both “stocky” and a “very thin” 155? You talk so much shit you have talked into a circle! I put on thirty pounds drug free in under a year by busting ass, so don’t talk to me about hardcore. Yeah some of it may have been fat. It’s not called bulking for no reason.

And for the record, people do tell me my arms look huge. I guess I need to tell them they are delusional too? It is funny. I posted that exact pic on a “should I bulk or cut” thread and got positive responses. Go figure. Like I said alot of the BS on this thread is just from haters.

I was originally trying to point something out to proffesor x. It is the rest of you guys that take things too personaly. It is funny to get a rise out of them. Contrary to your statement, I do work hard. I may not look it at this exact moment (for the 100th time, all together now… I am bulking!!). But I have too many sports accolades to have someone even fathom that I may be a slacker. Congratulations for actually having a pic in your profile. At least we know you are NOT a keyboard twat and actual have something with which to back up your opinion. You look rugged and obvioulsy play an actual sport. Thanks.

5. Dips 3x12 w/ 55lbs @ 155 bodyweight.
6. 100 consecutive full range pushups.
7. 300 pushups in 12 minutes.
8. 1 mile swim, various strokes, no rest
It’s not bragging if you did it!!

This is the shit from your blog. Let me just say that from your photos, you’re fat,
I will agree about the 185 pic, but not the others,
and based on the fact that you think these are impressive accomplishments, you’re dumb.

I’m going to straight up say that I don’t think you can bench double your bodyweight, even though you do weigh just 155. This is based not as much on your photos but more on your other “achievements”

155 lbs on military press 4 times is hardly something worth telling people about even if you just weigh 155.

22 pullups is not very challenging, again even less so for someone of your stature.

3x12 pullups with 25 lbs, again, nothing.

The next one, 3x12 dips with 55 lbs is really where I decided I was going to call you out. Since I weighed just barely 160, I’ve been able to do 3x12 dips with +80 lbs, (150% of my bodyweight), and I certainly can’t bench 310.
I love it, I can’t do it because you can’t! I have heard it all. Maybe because you need to focus on your actual bench pressing. There is technique involved you know. Give it a try, you might actaully make it.

The pushups are garbage, anybody who trains with weights can do what you said, and the swimming is a joke. Various strokes? Get real.

I originally just wanted to post saying you look very, well, round in your photos, but then I realized if you cut you’d probably only weigh like 140 and would basically be a 13 year old physically.
If I cut I would look no smaller than the 165 photo at best, what makes you think I would lose 45 lbs.??

Take down your hilarious photos, stop with these posts. Maybe you’re one of those people that actually gains confidence by embarrassing yourself over the internet because you think the people talking down to you are just jealous, but come on dude. You’re asking to get shit on.
I will take mine down when you post some. I keep feeling that way because non pic posting, non lifting fools come out in droves to try to bring me down with nothin to back it up. Most of my posts are rather tame. I only respond to you guys when you try to dog me out when you know I got more going on than you, so deal with it.

LOL! You are a blast dude! I promise you when I’m ready to post pics I don’t know how many jaws will drop, but I will shut you up. My standards are a little higher than yours. I have no illusions about what I am or am not, but I want to make that day count.
