you can Get Protein supplements, Mass building/Weight Gainers. Their good

Maybe Mega mass 4000, or N2 (Prolab)

I dunno, other probally might be able 2 suggest better But Weider’s Mega mass 2000 and 4000 are good For building mass.

Bulk up your size, And cut. Its a cycle untill you find the size you want… then maintence.

I know what you mean, When i first joined a gym, Was a Real Gym, The hardcore gym…

Im talking rusted Bars, Old scratched Up plates, Old music Speakers… But it is Amazing. The atmosphere and people are all In the direction you need.

The most classic mistake in the book. You think you are eating enough, but your not eating close to enough.

You know, at dinner i eat 4 chicken breasts and a big plate of vegetables and rice. And that was just one meal out of 6 others, which are also quite big. Frankly, you aren’t eating enough at all, and I would guess you indeed have a pretty fast metabolism.

Begin eating and after a couple weeks, you can eat even more. And that is when you will grow. :slight_smile:
For supplements, just take the neccesery: fish-oil-pills, multi-vitamin-pills and 1 scoop of whey-protein a day… :slight_smile:
