over the weekend i took a 1-1/2" piece of PVC pipe and cut it to about a 10" section and just bungee-corded it around my desk chair with the lumbar pad in front of it to give it extra support…so far it feels great.

Cost: Nothing :slight_smile:

OK, I’m looking at the same back pillow I’ve used since 1995, no exaggeration. It is the Back-Huggar by Bodyline Comfort Systems. I keep one in my car and one stays with my desktop at the apt.

I wonder if the brand actually does matter in this case.

Good point though, I’ve never been much higher than 215lbs yet so that could be part of your problem.
